I purchased a Water filtration system from a company through **********, called Select Source Water. January 7, 2025. Bought and installed the same day. The company was offering a one time, $1,000 rebate. The man that sold this system said he would be back in 2 days with a check for the amount and also to retest the water in my home. Neither of these happened. I have been messaging and calling since January about this ********** Forward to beginning of March 2025. I noticed water leaking out from under the sink. Upon inspection, found that the leak was from the Select Source Water Tank. In order to keep my warranty, I asked the company to send a technician out to fix the system. They did and found that it was indeed from their tank. I then had my home warranty out to check everything and they told me to call a restoration company because everything was soaked. The restoration company told me to call my Home warranty company because it was a bigger problem with the amount of water damage that occurred.I have called and emailed, Select Source Water Company several times to fix these issues, I have asked for my $1,000 rebate and my home insurance deductible of $2,500. That is miniscule for the amount of damage this has caused my home and my family. They sent a manager out 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received word from his findings or the company, with several messages sent and phone calls made. The issue has not been resolved.

We purchased our water treatment system in August 19th in 2022 the company installed a salt resin system that would soften our water and keep our childs skin from reacting to hard water that affects his skin from over sensory exposure. He is autistic and the water system kept him from injury from scratching himself untill he would bleed. We were offered a referral of our neighbors would inquire. However when sharing our new system with a friend we were made aware that this system was illegal to operate in our city. Beaumont CA. After speaking to a city official we were made aware of also needing a permit from the company and site plan with final inspection after installation neither occurred. So I reached out to Select Source and they seemed unaware of this information. So I was speaking to a representative only to find out I was being eves dropped by the owner by three way call. He said it he would call back after he reviewed our installation and agreement. The owner **** called back and basically agreed that the city was against this system they installed letting me decide to continue with it, while he would take the hit if I ever received a problem with the city. Or reroute our waste to our yard which would cause plants and landscape material problems after extended discharge. They came to our house January 4th 2023 and removed the equipment we are financing and installed a basic filter that caused the same concern with our child and sensory issues. In July 25th thru July 29th They tested our water and it was worse after the inline filter was installed. I reached out to aqua financial and have been working with the resolution department and have been recorded with the administrative lady ******** and **** that our refund pay off would be processed that was September/ October/ November now December 2024. Calls are going unanswered and excuse after excuse from the office. We are paying for a system and remedy and equipment that was removed and not in our possession

June 13, 2024: A salesperson from Select Source Water, LLC came to our door to sell us a water softening/filtration system. We were promised an APR of 9.99% and a payment of $65.00/month. We didn't get that rate, so I called to let the admin know that the salesperson promised a certain rat and monthly payment. The Admin ran our credit with Aqua Finance, but it was going to be a higher rate and they wanted more information from us. At this point we had the water system for a few days and we hadn't signed a contract yet. We called to let them know we weren't happy with the system. The water tasted bad and was still cloudy. They sent a tech over to reset the system and did a water test. We've gone back and forth with the company trying to cancel the service altogether and have them pick up their equipment. They refused and now they aren't taking our calls. We never signed anything because we weren't happy with the product. My husband even told the salesman that we haven't signed anything yet for that reason. He agreed that he wouldn't sign either. The last step was to send an email to the finance company directly, but they told us to go through the merchant. They can't cancel our loan. Now the water company isn't answering our phone calls. We haven't paid anything or signed anything yet. They are pressuring us to keep the equipment and just give in at this point.
