    After requesting an appraisal through their website, Max was supposed to appraise my rug and he sent someone to pick it up from me and kept it for over a month. Never gave me a quote on the appraisal price and kept telling me it will be ready next week at least 5 times. He finally had another man come to drop it off unannounced to me saying it was $250 for the appraisal and if receive an email with the appraisal. I was reluctant and then after giving a check I contacted max to say i wanted to cancel the whole transaction. He said he would send the appraisal and again i said cancel the service and DO NOT CASH MY CHECK. He ignored my request and said no he will cash the stolen check and cashed it. . This guy is an absolute thief. As of this day, I have not received an appraisal, although a fair appraisal would not be valid from this man. I disputed charges through my bank. Abc decorative rugs style my money and never provided the service promised of an appraisal.
