    Subject:** Unjust In-Game Ban and Lack of Support Resolution from Com2uS Global **To Whom It May Concern:**I am submitting this complaint regarding Com2uS Global, specifically in relation to their game *The world of magic*. Despite being a long-term player and having invested a significant amount of money into the game, I have been wrongfully banned due to reasons beyond my control. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with Com2uS through their customer support channels, but the responses I have received from their support team (primarily based in *****) have been generic and unhelpful, with no real resolution or justification for the ban.### Details of the Issue:-User : alanxngu - **Game**: The World of Magic - **Ban Date**: 9/12/2024 - **Amount Invested**: $1500 I have tried contacting their support team multiple times, explaining the circumstances, but I am met with what appears to be copy-and-paste responses that fail to address my specific situation. The responses Ive received simply point me to the games terms of service without further investigation into my case, leaving me with no option to appeal the ban fairly.### Request for Assistance:I am requesting BBBs assistance in escalating this issue with Com2uS ***, as I believe I am being treated unfairly. I would like to request:1. A detailed explanation of the ban and why it was applied to my account.2. A fair review of my account and a chance for reinstatement.3. A more personalized and considerate response from the companys support team.I have attached copies of my previous correspondence with their customer support team, which further demonstrates the lack of adequate attention to my issue.     This company is setting rate chance % in game that is not real. It is literally gambling and they set fake rates to make users spend more money. I demand my money back since they are advertising fake rates. I have hundreds of pages of data that shows how their rates are fake.

    My account was hacked and I tried to get it back but com2us just said they cant help me. I provided proof of my ownership as well as the exact date it was stolen. My account of 6 years is just gone, along with all of the money I spent on it. I expect a company that allows accounts to be stolen to at least help get them back but com2us just wants people to make more accounts and spend more money. Terrible customer service and a terrible company in general
