      Steer clear if you care about your digital footprint, they refuse to process deletion requests.Never found any work through them, but when I found another job and wouldn't delete my account out of their systems through their automated tool(which they intentionally make difficult to find, had to be directed their by someone in support, who I might add wasn't even the support ***** responsible for those requests as the first ***** I spoke with had no idea how to process the request or direct people to their tool beyond a simple 'oh we have to retain your info'.) Spoke to a *** in support who was excellent, but she only helped me out of courtesy as she wasn't even responsible for the type of requests I submitted. When using this tool it denied my claim to remove my account, citing a loophole of my States law that allowed them to skirt around any reasonable deletion request.When their privacy team got back to me it appears they copy pasted a standard 'no were required to keep your data, you can deny cookies and shut off email if you want, but otherwise go away' email without really addressing anything.I don't have a million dollar legal team or anything, but i intend to lobby my congressman to have this particular loophole closed so they can stop holding my name email and data ************ their terms of service carefully and remember the old saying "If you pay for a service, they provide you with a product. If they provide a service without you haveing to pay, you are the product"

      Some of these recruiting agencies operate in ways that are completely unprofessional, and job seekers are the ones who suffer.I recently went through an interview process where I was told I was hired, passed all assessments, completed my background check, and even received a confirmed start date. The recruiter asked if I could commit to overtime and the specific needs of the role, and I agreed. I was even told they would be shipping my work equipment ******* my start date approached, I noticed I hadn't received my laptop, headset, or any onboarding documentsno contract, tax forms, or I-9. So, I reached out to the recruiter, who assured me my questions were being escalated. Later, I was told the start date was pushed back, but everything was still on track. Trusting this information, I declined two other job opportunities, thinking I was all set.Thensilence. No updates. No responses. When I followed up again, I was told the company had "many ongoing orders" and that theyd "keep me in mind" for future roles. That was eleven days ago, and I still havent heard ********, Im jobless because I trusted a process that was supposed to be legitimate. I dont understand how recruiters can operate this waygiving candidates false confidence, only to ghost them. This is peoples livelihoods were talking ******** anyone job hunting: Be cautious, ask questions, and dont count on a job until you have everything in writing. And to recruiters: If something changes, communicate. People deserve better than to be strung along.

      This is an incredibly disorganized employment agency. They set me up with a law firm in *******, that I interviewed with, and that offered me a position. I accepted and got a start date. After I accepted the position, Robert Half said "Great! Now all we need to do is your background check!" Several things here:1) Why the h*** wouldn't you do that first?2) I was fully transparent with you for years about my background 3) I am justice-impacted after a property crime when I was younger - literally 15 years ago 4) I would go all in, Texas Hold-em style, that I am more qualified in my profession than 90% of the other people in the field. I have decades of experience and nothing but good rapport with every firm I have ever worked with.5) Their background check company ***** and couldn't produce a report for over two months. When the report came back, it was laughably anemic.6) They sent me an email saying that they won't hire me because they find my background objectionable and that it reflects a questionable **************'s the thing, folks: I messed up when I was a lot younger, served my time, and spend every waking hour paying society back with the rest of my life. I volunteer, teach classes, serve my community... I do it because I am a reformed person like the ****** million adult Americans like myself, with criminal records, who just want to work and be productive. I find Robert Half's procedural policy of conducting a background check after having a candidate interview and accept an offer of employment unprofessional to say the least. They embarrassed me, delayed the process by months when they used a background check company that is clearly not qualified, and then sent me an email telling me that I am basically substandard and tarnished. To h*** with Robert Half. They are an unethical organization that should be ashamed of the way they conduct business.

      Im so confused about the sheer amount of bad reviews. My experience has been so great. They often contact me for opportunities that fit the business and title Im looking for. Also, most of the time the salary is in my desired pay range. The communication is the best part. They keep me abreast of any decisions or steps. When they say they will call me soon, its in a day or two.Though I have not found a position yet, I truly believe in Robert Half.

      ****** *. is correct. I had a similar experience, even just talking with recruiters (when you're able to even get a call back about 2% of the time). Robert Half is not disability or other protected-status friendly.

      Interviewed for a temp position. Received the temp job then the companys employees discriminated against me. All in the same day. A recruiter reached out the next day and ghosted me she called and called and texted. I replied and tried to call back and she didnt call back. She ghosted me. Stay away from Robert Half. All they want to do is collect information for their system and ghost people after incidents happen.

      The worst treatment I've experienced by a staffing agency. The recruiter and account manager (which is really just a customer service rep) misrepresented the position and when confronted became suddenly unavailable, unable to provide the job description and claimed they "went to bat for me" to the client. It was clear that they engaged in repeated lying to myself and the client to get what they wanted at my expense. They were deceitful in their dealings and ended up losing my job to cover their misdeeds. A wrongful termination lawsuit seems in order esp after reading so many others are getting the same treatment and zero replies or resolution from Robert Half. Do not work for this company as you will only be running to catch a carrot once you sign the dotted line. They are not only not committed to their candidates having a safe experience they willingly contribute to your downfall and will not in any way shape or form end a bad assignment and re-place you in another to address their errors. Fraduulent, dishonest, arrogant and willfully engaging in unethical behavior.

      What can I say, I am very surprised they are still in business!! I submitted over 60 resumes on their site and not one person can reach out and confirm anything or even let me know where I stand. I signed up back in January and not one response back! Take a look at some of their profiles on LinkedIn, They are nothing but college kids. Be careful, If you reach out on Linkden, they will block you!! lol

      ************** Don't expect anything useful from them. Stay away from them unless you think you got too much time to waste. They are very rude and unprofessional, like they never reply to your messages despite being seemingly interested in you. Already blocked their emails to avoid meaningless contact.
