    ******************* (Wax specialist) made very rude, inappropriate and insensitive comments during and after waxing session 12/15/23 (Estimated time 12:50-12:59). While waxing my upper lip, ***** commented on how hairy my lip appeared, after ***** completely removed the hair from my upper lip, I glanced in the mirror and as I prepared to remove the residual wax, ***** then says "You look different". I understand that I may have more hair than the average woman, (Hence, the reason for visiting the salon to remove hair) however, ***** does not know whether I'm suffering from a hormonal imbalance. There are a multitude of reasons why a woman would have more hair in certain areas, therefore ***** should remain professional by keeping insensitive and negative remarks to herself. Rather than being judgemental, employees should practice being more culturally sensitive instead.
