9/11/21 I bought a **** ************ Civic at Ace Auto Dealers for ********. I purchased the car the same day I test drove it with an As/Is Warranty. I had saved up my money for years to finally buy myself my own car. This same day the car had to be jump-started in order for me to test drive it. This did not set off any red flags for me, as I am now aware that should not have to be done. A few weeks after purchasing the car I begin to notice it feeling funny as I drive. Then as I was going to take it into their dealership, as they requested, my car stalled on the freeway. 9/27/21 I had to call a tow truck to get it towed to an auto body shop that is in connection with the dealership in *********, **. My car was in their shop for about a week, so I called for more information. I was the one to reach out at all times while trying to get updates on my car, even when the car was left at the auto body shop, I was not made aware until I called. The person who I had been in contact with at the dealership is named ***** After about 2 weeks of my car being in the shop, they told me it was time for me to pick it up. I arrived to pick up my car and all they gave me were my car keys, no paperwork, or proof of any car maintenance (at the time I was still naive about the information needed on cars). I was told there was a "Used" engine that they replaced the old one with. Happy that I can finally live life normally, I began driving normally. (I had to pause work due to not having a car). 9/13/21 I got into a minor rear-end accident on the freeway, my car being the back car, causing me to take my car to a mechanic to get the hood fixed. The hood is what I believed was the only problem. The mechanic then informs me that I had been driving with 0 oil in my engine. I was in disbelief because the dealership said they had driven it around and everything was fine. 9/16/21 I am driving to take it back to the dealiship to inquire about the no oil and missing, but my car stalls again.
