I received my subscription order in a bag vs the glass jar ive had it set up as. For as long as I've had the subscription i have had it set to come in the jar. I have messaged the company on the website, on ********, as well as several emails with no responses in over a week to any of my messages. I was asking to send it back and get it replaced with the jar that my subscription has always been set up with.

On 11/18/22 I received an email from bite toothpaste thanking me for my order (this was a subscription) I went to the website to cancel as my kids didnt like the toothpaste and i didnt need anther $35 bottle of it. The website said in order to cancel i had to email cuetomer service at ********************** before I did that I checked the tracking and saw that it had not yet shipped via DHL.
So I emailed and asked that my order be canceled as well as my subscription. A few hours later I received a response from Lyn telling me unfortunately the order has already shipped and cannot be stopped in transit. If I wanted to cancel I would have had to do so 4 days ago when I recieved a reminre4 email and to check my spam folder for that email. To which I replied, this is the only email I've recieved. The order had not shipped, please make an exception and provide me a return label. (Mind you this is the short version, there were many emails between this trying to get some sort of resolution)
She then provided me the return label on 11/22. On 11/25 I checked the tracking and it went from processing to no tracking found.
I emailed on Friday 11/25. No response.
I emailed this morning 11/28 asking why if they were able to cancel my order or not even ship it out, why didn't they communicate that with me? Instead I'm sitting here for 10 days waiting for a package to arrive so I can return it to get my money back and they knew I'd never recieve it and didn't bother telling me. This is called stealing for one.
They've manipulated the situation by giving me a useless return label knowing I didn't need it because the package didn't even ship out. They just simply didn't want to give me help or a refund. The lack of communication proves they had no intention of letting Me know the canceled my order. I just want my money back. I let them know I'd be contacting the BBB as well as printing out all email conversations with their reps and sending it to the ceo. Thank you for any help
