1 starGenuinely some of the worst service ever. I ordered the ********** 8 inch figure on may 8th, it was set to arrive June 19th but didnt. I gave them a ***** period and contacted customer service only to be told my package hadnt even been processed yet? Two whole months while others got theirs and mine wasnt processed.Ive had an issue with this company before in December while trying to get the captain price figure, it came almost a month late. I shouldnt have given them a second chance 40+ dollars lost all because of a crappy company. If it comes great, if not i generally will never order from them again Ill stick to funko as theyre reliableYoutooz

1 starPre-Ordered a plush that was supposed to ship February with an expected delivery for March. Wasn't given any update until mid March for the shipping delay and customer service wouldn't return my emails. Tried to reach out over social media as a last resort and got run around in circles. Saw online that streamers and influencers had recieved the same products as gifts and gotten emails promoting that the product was in stock. Super unprofessional to not fulfill pre-orders first and a big slap in the face to see people online getting them for free to promote the produce. Finally got a confirmation early may that the plush shipped and I see the starting point is the manufacturer in *****. So now my plush will be stuck in customs and I'm likely to have to pay more because of the US tariffs. Terrible company to order from. They don't care about their customers and if I could give zero stars I would.Youtooz

1 starI ordered a ************ figure in early October with a promised ship date before the end of February. I had hoped it would be a birthday gift for our daughter. The ship window was changed to the end of April without notice. It is now May 1st and while the website says orders are shipping, still no communication and with their shipping method, there is a good chance that it won't make it in time to be a graduation gift for our daughter. This is extremely frustrating especially since they have no problem sending multiple messages a week updating me on new merchandise they are working on.I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that an order can be completed in nearly 7 months of time, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect pro-active communication for customers waiting extremely long waits. I cannot recommend doing business with them unless it is an item that is actively in stock. Pre-order customers typically are given extra consideration by companies as our orders help fund their ongoing manufacturing.Youtooz

1 starOrder my rust youtooz in november for christmas and it said delivery january 1st, okay not too bad. Then its feburary, still not delivered so i email they say theyre now delayed till march sometime and to check the website for delivery dates, even though i ordered and it said january? Its not april and it said it shipped 2 weeks ago but still hasnt arrived. If it comes great but ill never purchase from here again.Youtooz

1 starI preordered an item that was set to ship Late ************* February. I placed this preorder in October. This item has apparently delayed its shipping until Early April. I received NO notice of any delays, NO updates about when it would ship, and NO apologies for delaying my delivery for 3 ******* MONTHS. The only update I received about my order was that it was shipping and would probably arrive in MAY. And of course they have not neglected to send me 33 emails in the time after notifying me of all the stuff they had released instead of shipping my order. This business practice is completely unacceptable and I have had a terrible experience. Please do not order until they can deliver their orders on timeYoutooz

1 starI placed an order with Youtooz on January 25, and its now February 18still no shipment, no tracking information, and barely any communication. *** reached out to their support team twice, and all theyve told me is that theyre trying to get in contact with their manufacturer partners. If they dont even have the product ready, why was it available for purchase in the first place?This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better transparency and customer service. 1 starPre ordered a product for November 2024. They only sent 1 of the 2 (three including pin). When contacted they assured me it would be sent. I contacted them on the LAST day it was supposed to be sent out and then they informed me they couldnt send it due to canada post strike so I said I would wait. A week AFTER it ended I contacted them for an update and they said it would be sent soon. Two weeks later im STILL being jerker around and told they are "looking into it". Theres nothing to look into. I paid for a product. Ship it. Thats that.Youtooz

1 starBought one of their FNAF shoulder riders on ******. It was supposed to be here in two days but it was more like two weeks and this is after I complained. Then when it finally shows up it's bag is already ripped open and the product has been used because there is black stains on it. Terrible company. Thank god for ****** because I WILL get my money back. But I will never order from their actual website after going through this.Youtooz
