    Our school used them for just a couple of months before finding a different way to provide lunches for the students. I had a credit balance of $50.72, when they stopped...it has been 3 months, and I still have received no refund. I have emailed them each month, and this last time I got no response. Very poorly run business, and I still want my money back. Worst part is that if they simply operated ethically, I wouldn't even be on here publicly reviewing them. Unfortunately, they have not returned my refund, and at this point, I am truly irritated.

    I would leave no stars at all if I could. I ordered a lunch for my daughter, which is not very common (I usually make it at home). Just so happens the one day I do she got sick and did not go to school. I contacted this business at 8:45 am to ask if I could get a credit for another day since my child would not be attending school that day. They basically said no. There was nothing they could do to help me because they were already charged by the vendor and I didnt cancel before the time of menu close. I looked everywhere I possibly could on their app for a time of menu close and found absolutely nothing. Their terms of service page? Doesnt exist on their app. Just opens to an error message. They continued to ignore all of this through emails and basically kept repeating this policy that isnt visible to any customer on their app. They even tried to pass blame off to the school and say it was something they should have communicated. I honestly feel like this place is run by a 12 year old with no concept of business or customer relations. Then through all this, I find out that the food they are bringing to our kids is FAST FOOD. El pollo loco, ***********, etc. They then repackage it and provide it to our kids. If your childs school signs up with this disaster of a company, I would voice concerns immediately. This place doesnt care about the health of our kids or even just accommodating a simple credit request for a sick kid. Absolutely terrible service.

    They don't deserve any stars. I wish my school would have done a better job researching information on this business before signing up. They send the orders via Uber eats from different fast food places. No healthy hot lunch options and on top of that they charge service fees/convenience fees, etc.The school finally canceled their service but I'm still waiting for a credit for an order they canceled.Stay away from these clowns!

    Our school forced ** to sign up with this program so I loaded $100 into each of my kids accounts. Well the food was gross from the places they picked up from and all the parents complained so the school shut down this service. I needed $140 in a refund since we ordered twice and it was so bad my kids wouldnt order anything and they only refunded $100. They wont refund me the other $40 after months and months of trying and I am so fed up with them! I am contacting my CC and the school to try and get a resolve.

    This program was offered through my son's school as a more convenient option for lunch. (As his school does not provide lunch at all.) Placed an order for my son through their site for a week of lunch and received my order confirmation. Monday comes and I receive a call from the school because they did not bring my son a lunch. Okay, mistakes happen, I left work and brought him lunch. The school reached out multiple times as to why lunch was not delivered. Tuesday comes and I packed him lunch just in case, and it is a good thing I did because they did not deliver lunch once again. My school had reached out multiple times via email and phone with no response. You would think they would respond to the schools that have partnerships with them, as that is how they make money! No response. So I took to calling and emailing. It took 10 phone calls to get an actual person to answer, only to be told I have to dial an extension for someone else. They could not transfer me nor could they provide me with a direct email for this person. I had to call the rep twice before she answered and when she did she was rude and nasty, telling me she has 'a lot of issues going on right now' and that her 'phone has been ringing non-stop.' None of that is my problem, nor do I deserve attitude from employees from School Eatery when they are the ones who took my money and did not provide the service I paid for. I am sure if their children were left with no lunch for the day they would be calling and emailing everyone as well. My order had been completely cancelled and she has no idea why. She would have to speak to IT, but I needed to send an email with all of the info to her direct email. (Funny I was told she didn't have an email.) After I sent the email and also told her that her attitude was unnecessary I received a system email from them saying my account was deleted completely. We will see if I get my refund. But I did write my school recommending they find someone else to offer lunches.

    This company does not communicate with the school or parents and they do not fulfill their promises. Stay away from this company. As stated in other reviews with other schools, they talk a good game but when it comes to starting the service, they provide very little, if any, customer support to use their platform and when it doesn't perform that way that they said it would, requests for help from parents go into a black hole. No response, no resolution. Completely unreliable. Then after school starts and the service is obviously not working, they message the school that they can't start until the following week. That's why the menus are not showing on the website. Then we find out (not from School Eatery, of course) that the food providers that they contracted with, pulled out and they have to find a new food provider to service our school's contract. None of this information was provided in a timely fashion. We, the parents, and the school were completely in the dark. Certainly not a good way to start a new lunch program. We find out today that we were not the only parents that were given the run around by School Eatery and that they never fulfilled orders placed with them through the platform. Surprise, surprise, surprise!!!! If I could give them a "0" star rating I would. Don't waste your money (or your time waiting) with these clowns.
