    Terrible holiday card experience. Their departments are disjointed, disconnected and completely incompetent of coordinating between design and implementation phases. Because of their ineptitude, I pulled the plug and had to reinvent my holiday cards with a different service which delayed delivery by one month. Everything was proceeding smoothly at first, until it wasn't due to Photo Affections, out of nowhere, changing their agreement and placing a red Photo Affections QR scan code on my card without my permission. Once I fought to have this QR code removed, they anlso removed all of my text! The project spiraled downward from there. Save yourself the time and aggravation and choose a reputable photo car/announcement service.

    First of all, the shipping costs are outrageous. Secondly, they sent me a $20 Voucher for being a customer. Ive tried to use it for 6 or more items Ive created and the voucher is not valid for any of the items!!!! WTF? Thanks for nothing!

    Horrible customer service! Do not recommend!! I ordered personalized photo iPhone case and notified them within 30 day return policy window it had defect on it. they asked for pics to show defect and I promptly emailed them asap. Then my elderly parents and myself all came down with *****. Dad still hospitalized 43 days. I never heard another word from them nor received the replacement I was promised. Finally sat down today to inquire with agent via chat. She said Im out of the 30 day period bc Im late following up since they didnt. But I wasnt. I was the last to send in pictures as they requested She finally issued a refund for it! I will not buy from them again.

    I would beware of using PhotoAffections.com for any service period. First of all it took forever to get our Holiday cards. They have the right picture of our Christmas card but had the wrong family name and the wrong year. At this point it was too late to get reprints. They did offer me 30% off the next order but that is absurd. This company has customer no service and would strongly avoid them.Shame on you!Happy holidays

    The company's chat bot ai is extremely useless. Massive vague shipping information, offering a reprint when I should of had them 4 days ago, especially when I ordered back in November to plan for Christmas cards. Now waiting till the 15th, they keep postponing two days two days, I used this app for years for pictures, not any more. Will have to find another outlet to get things printed that actually cares about their customers.

    STAY AWAY! I wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolutely do not trust this company to do you right. I ordered cards exactly 2 weeks ago to the day. The delivery took an entire week, and the cards arrived in the wrong orientation, cutting off the heads of my family on the pages. They obviously do NOT review the cards before shipping like they claim. I spoke to 6 customer service agents over 10 days (never the same person) requesting a rush on printing and shipping and each time I was told "sorry" in one way or another, but never addressed the shipping speed request until the final conversation. In THAT email, the rep told me they were shipped expedited but they were not. The replacement cards were shipped regular old **** shipping. (I'm not convinced their emails aren't AI generated.) It has been 4 days since they shipped my replacements, supposed to be delivered today, but the tracking says they aren't even in my state yet. I can only hope these cards are correct but I'm not holding my breath. I should have looked at BBB before using them. I'm obviously not the first person that feels this way about their business. No one was ever helpful and I have stressed over my Christmas cards far too much and too long. I desperately wish I could go back and use one of the reliable card printing services. This one is NOT it.

    CROOKS! PURE & SIMPLE! credit card charges made by them were never authorized. their march air force base address is a bit curious; if true an investigation should be made against these crooks living in properties paid by taxpayers.

    Do not waste your time with this cheap company. I paid almost $20 EXTRA for 2 day expedited shipping which took a whole week. Then when I do a chat on their website with one of their agents she said it was because I placed the order "late at night". So why wasn't the order processed the next business day? Only makes sense. I ordered on a Thursday so I knew it wasn't going to be shipped on a weekend so I gave them the benefit of the doubt on that one. What I don't get is how it took 7 full days to get to me when I paid for 2 day shipping. Very unprofessional and very uninformative. Was a waste of "expedited shipping". And a refund of $20 is so hard to issue back? Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.

    Cards were printed off center (not my picture, the actual center frame on the card). They reprinted them. I received them 4 days later than promised and the were STILL off center. Not at all worth the $176 I spent! Their customer service is even worse than the cards. When I complained that the 2nd set was not right either they offered me $28!!! I said that was a joke because the cards weren’t even worth half of what I paid. (This is all through email btw because the people on the phone can’t help with anything). Each email takes 2 days for them to respond. Never again!!!

    Ordered holiday cards 11/30 with $$ expedited shipping. They should have arrived 12/6. It’s 12/10 and no cards. Customer service won’t reprint. 2022 will be the first year I don’t have holiday cards apparently. $184 wasted. This company and how they handle customers really needs to be investigated.
