    Excel Air Solutions owner ******************* on 07/13/23 installed 5 tons Air conditioner at our home address, from day one the unit never worked right, it always run above 4 degree of pre set temperature on hottest days, and it only able to hold pre set temp when its cool. I contacted the owner , he came back week later and did some adjustments to the unit. Then problems still continue, I try to contact him on the phone, left recorded and text messages, but he never returned my calls. I explained to him on the phone and messages all about the problem. Like I said he never returned my call. Also, he did not left for me the Unit booklet Manual and I can't register the unit for Warranty. I tried to register the unit myself, but at some point the site stop me because I don't have enough info and contractor info to register.On the first week of installation I asked him to replace a unit when I found out there is problem with not holding pre set temp., he said that all New Airs now like that. P.S. Just right now I was able to reach The Rheem manufacturer of AC, they said that my Unit has Warranty parts only for 10 years in ***********. I paid to contractor full price for this unit and installment up front with 2 checks. So, I feel now I have to pay extra to someone else to fix brand new unit because installing contractor dumped me and not answering his phone.I and my wife very frostruated with all this issue and asking for your help to resolve it, please!
