I have gone to get some deep cleaning and cleaning done at this facility. They tell me how much it will cost my insurance and how much I will have to pay out of pocket. I pay my copayments and they tell me that Im paid in full. However every time a couple months later I get new charges and they have added treatment or adjusted the invoice. This time I got an email the I owed $76 and on the invoice online seems to be adjusted when in person I was told that I was paid in full.

I was told I needed unnecessary work done before they could do the service I originally came in for. The dentist *********** drilled in the field my teeth, but he did such a bad job I have to return the following week. However I do not want any other procedures done by him. He couldn't do a simple filing so why would I trust him to put crowns on my teeth. I believe it was unnecessary work just to get insurance money. My desired settlement is to have my original teeth back that are not drilled and compromised with pain. I did not have any issues with my teeth before now they are ruined for life.

The teeth required treatment, patient was seen for follow up on 4/14 and findings discussed.  Appropriate treatment performed and patient understood.

Forced by ******** to Stadium Dental I went in for a root canal and crown. The endodontis was late rude and rushed. He kept giving me litocane for pain. My jaw was unusually sore after the surgery. I ended ** in the hospital for pain which I was told was from the trauma of the oral surgery. The endodontis Unskilled surgery because all the litocain was in my face and came running out which caused the infection.

Notes and x-rays reviewed, treatment outcome was up to standard of care and highest quality.  Extra anesthetic was given and the right thing to do rather than work on a tooth that is not fully numb.  Patient was given the choice to stop treatment and rescheduled to another day.  Patient wanted to have the treatment completed.  Dr. is declining request to refund or any other type of compensation.

I got a top denture. When I received it it was not sanded on the inside and had sharp edges that were slicing my gums open. It also was not sanded all the way so it is like sandpaper slicing my gums. I went in they sanded the front a little bit. I came home only to try and eat something and the whole back is still like sandpaper and slicing my gums so I cannot wear them. I paid in full before they even made the dentures. It took me 6 months to get them and now they're telling me I need to pay for them to finish the job a week after I pick them up because they were not done properly and are slicing my gums open. I went in they started the job but it is still not correct. They're telling me I need to pay them to finish something that they never finished in the first place. My resolution I want my teeth fixed so I can wear them.
