            They have made 6 charges to my credit card last October 8, 2021 below are the amounts 1. *** 2. ****** 3. $ ****** 4. ****** 5. ****** 6. ****** Amounting to ******* I nobody was answering my calls for more than a week. When they did a guy names Shawn made racist comments and said that there is nothing i can do so i should juat f off. All i want is a full refund because i never ordered anything since i do not know their company and their products. Please help.

            I received an email from HomeDepot that said I was chosen to take their survey and win a prize. I took the survey which was totally about my experience with HomeDepot and then it said I had x-amount of minutes to choose a prize. I chose the vacuum cleaner from the list and entered my card info because it said I would be charged the shipping which was just a couple or so dollars. The whole time this clock is running and I had only a few minutes to enter all my info and submit before the clock ran out. At the end it gave me an order receipt with an order #. When I checked my card, I find the $39.97 charge. Ben in customer service says this is for a raffle for a chance to win the vacuum and a monthly subscription, and it says that in terms/conditions. Very misleading!! Nowhere in the email or survey does it say that and with the clock almost to run out you have only seconds to hit submit, no time to read terms/conditions!! Terrible business!!!! Please refund the full $39.97 and cancel any subscription!!
