    I have a subscription with vices for monthly gift baskets... all was well until 2 years ago when they stopped sending me the products. When I contacted them they said they were back logged because of covid. But it's been 2 years since then and no products delivered and they refuse to refund me my money. Now they won't reply to my emails or phone calls./

    I purchased a subscription on December 4 that was supposed to be delivered by Christmas for my brother-in-law. The price was $1200. It never arrived.I have multiple emails with them where they promised to ship it and it never was sent. They are liars. I asked for a refund they did not give it. **************** said because I didnt Request a refund within 60 days they couldnt help me.

    We were charged for renewal of subscription without our consent. We called and emailed several times-no one respsonded. We filed a dispute with our credit card. the company responded to them! that we did not reach out we did!!!! I have pics of my emails with dates.

    The customer needed to email us and request to cancel prior to the charge happening. They did not request to cancel until after the charge had gone through. Prior to the communication in March 2025, they had emailed us in August 2023, but did not request to cancel their subscription in that email.
