    Order of 16oz jug dog healthy mouth for a total of $96.72 was places on 12-2-24. Never received the shipment. I understand there was a fire which is unfortunate and I am truly sorry that happen. I want nothing more than for healthy mouth to get back on their feet. Though my shipment should have been sent out well before the fire happen. I have called 4-5 time over the past 7 months and never received a call or acknowledgment. I honestly wanted just an update months ago but after 7 months of being ignored I would like a full refund please.

    My sincerest apologies. The person in charge of responding to customers is no longer with the company as he did not respond to customers so now I am. I am now doing a new production which is almost sold out but your order gets priority because your order was in the inventory that was lost in the fire. It will be 8-10 wks for manufacturing but you absolutely will receive your order and I would refund shipping to you. If you still want a refund I will need to send you out a check as the refund on my merchant account is malfunctioning. At any time here is my direct number you can reach me ************.     My apologies. My facility burned down which is why you didn't receive your order. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication. The person who was in charge of that is no longer with the company because he did not reach out to or respond to customers. I am now dealing with it myself. I am happy to refund you. I will have to send you a check as the refund part of my merchant account is not working properly. Again I'm very sorry. I am doing a new production of product so hope you will re order again.     02-01-2025. Placed order for essential healthymouth Dog Super Saver Jug (16oz). $96.72. Charged to my ***** Order #******.03-08-2025. Called and texted ************. I was told business burned down. They were working to get more product. I said I understood and was willing to wait to receive my order.05-13-2025. Called ************. Left message requesting credit of $96.72 back to ***** Requested return call. No response.06-24-2025. Called ************. Left same message as above. No response.I was initially willing to wait for my order, but the length of time and the companys failure to acknowledge my request(s) have unfortunately led me to contact the BBB.

    On October 19, 2025, my husband placed an order that has never been delivered. Phone calls were not returned. Online in other BBB complaints a business employee claims deliveries would be made in "8 weeks", even as recently as April and May of 2025, but here we are in July and no delivery has occurred. Additionally, no update or communication has been made to alert us as to the status of our order, and we've been waiting nearly 9 months.

Production is taking longer as I had to double my production numbers and buy more ingredients and jugs which took 2 months to get delivered and manufacturing won't take place unless they have everything so timeline is now 8-10 weeks from now as a result. Your order comes from this production and has priority if you can wait. If you don't want to wait I will refund you by check as your order too old to be refunded through the system though it is still there. Please let me know what you would like to do.     Purchased product online 3/5/25. Order # ******. Found out they burned down in the wildfires. Called to find out when my order would be fulfilled. No response. Made several calls/messages and emails with no return response. Would appreciate a refund immediately since I no longer need the product.

    I placed an order on 3/14/25. My card was charged and I got an email confirmation for my order. I never received shipping information. I emailed on 4/21/25 asking for the status and received no response. I emailed again on 5/13/25 to request a refund and received no response.

    On February 26, 2025 I placed an order (#******). At that time nothing was written on the ordering page about a fire and unable to deliver product. I realized now because of the fire that Healthy Mouth will be unable to fill the order in the time frame we need it. I called them on 3/14/2025 to ask for a refund and left a message. I have yet to hear anything back. Not returning phone calls is not and acceptable business model. I wanted to give Healthy Mouth an opportunity to issue a credit to my credit card before dealing with my credit card company. I will order the product once the company is operational again.

    I placed an order with healthy mouth and was charged 2/5/25. Order #******, Customer #*****. I have called and emailed SEVERAL times. I was told I would receive the product a few times and NEVER RECEIVED it. My emails go unawares. I live on social security and this money is very important to me. It is more than frustrating this company will not/ has not refunded me even though I have sent 5 emails asking for a refund.

    I ordered Healthymouth on 12/21/2024 and they charged my credit card right away. It is 4/26/2025and Im still waiting for my product. On their website, when I try to cancel and get my money back they keep saying this order has been already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is not longer editable. Totally untrue.

    I placed an order on April 9, 2025 and received an order confirmation. My card was charged $76.22. When I went to inquire about the status on 4/22, I called and got the vm about the fire and inventory being destroyed. The voicemail did not allow the option to leave a message. I emailed asking for a refund and did not get a reply. I then found the other BBB complaints. I cant believe they are still accepting orders. I want a full refund.

    After the fires ,y manufacturer told me he had my stock so that's why we kept selling. He only told me 3 days ago that he mixed me up with another customer and did not have my stock. I stated in my previous email that I would refund your payment and it has already been put ********** you know I don't even have your payment, my payment processor has it. They are the ones that charge the customer. I apologize for all of this.
