      I hired Collins Ghostwriting to finish a novel I was writing. It was clear after a while it was a scam and I refused to give them any more money (they are demanding I do) and they are refusing to refund the money I payed. I have been asking for it back for months.

My dissatisfaction is profound. I've invested several thousand dollars into marketing initiatives that remain unfinished, even two years after the project's conclusion.I've made numerous attempts to seek answers, only to be met with evasion. Each inquiry seems to lead only to more runaround, leaving my concerns unaddressed.I've also asked for contact details for management, but this request has been met with silence, ignored just as my previous inquiries.I'm actively seeking help to secure a refund for the services that were paid for but have not been delivered.Regrettably, I've come to the disheartening conclusion that I have been scammed.

      I have paid $999 for editing and formatting I have received poor quality, words left out, spelling errors, minimal editing All they want is more money

      I paid them $1700 to help ghost write and publish a book for me and its been over a year without them giving me anything that Ive paid for. He has called and pretended to create word documents pertaining to my book but they keep saying errors have been made that need to be fixed and it will take more time. I spoke with the supposed manager and he informed me that the terms have changed since I first spoke with him And he can no longer send me any physical copies or create any e-books that was agreed to in the beginning. He told Me that I have no physical contract and theres nothing I can do now, that I will just lose more money. I would like

      Refusal of Invoices, refund from Unjust Charges Collins Ghost Writing In a perplexing turn of events, Collins Ghost Writing has left me in a state of frustration and disappointment. Despite my repeated requests, they adamantly refuse to provide me with the necessary invoices. To add insult to injury, they have charged me additional fees that were clearly inside the boundaries of our agreed-upon contract. To my dismay, Collins Ghost Writing has not only failed to complete the job, but they have also denied me a refund. In a desperate attempt to salvage the project, they promised to resume work once I submitted the remaining pages that I had commissioned from another company. However, they swiftly conjured up yet another excuse, leaving my project unfinished and my hopes shattered. Astonishingly, they demanded that I provide feedback before they would continue working, even after I had already paid them in full. The most disheartening revelation of all is the involvement of *****, who brazenly took money from me without any justification. He shamelessly charged me for copyright, ***** book cover, and publishing services, despite the fact that these were explicitly covered by the initial payment of $1,500 made at the commencement of our contract. To make matters worse, I never even received the promised ISBN. It is clear that ************************* actions were not only unethical but also a blatant breach of our agreement. Regrettably, the job remains incomplete, leaving me in a state of disillusionment and financial waste of investment. When I asked for my refund they started treating me differently, blocking me from their chat, hanging up on me, asking me to send them bank statements as if they didn't know when they received a payment. I only wanted the refunds on the things that I found out should have been included in the contract, based on the contract they provided me but I never received it. On 11/12/21 $300 was charged, 09/12/22 $400 was charged, 09/29/22 $500 was charged, 06/14/22 $1500 was charged, 10/11/22 $400 was charged. The contract that was not completed leaving 100% cash back guarantee for $1,500, The other charges I made in payments for The ***** copyright, book cover, and publishing. Leaving them with a balance of $3100 which should have been covered in the contract and also a 100% money back guarantee for not finishing the job, That was stipulated in the initial contract. This is not including the additional pages for I had no choice but to entrust the completion of my book to another company, which ended up costing me more money than anticipated. To my dismay, I have only received two invoices, and one of them was fabricated when I raised concerns about my refund. Initially, I was informed that I would be charged $1,200 for additional pages, which was actually a discounted rate from the original $1,500. Additionally, I was charged $500 for an extra 100 pages which I agreed and understood I'm okay with and it is not included in the balance complaint that I mentioned above. After exchanging emails with them, they sent me a fraudulent invoice, claiming that I owed them money for items and services that were not true or accurate based on the contract. I feel like they try to get over on me. The entire experience with this company was highly unprofessional. Despite reaching out to multiple individuals for assistance with obtaining a refund or completing the project, I received no meaningful support. It was disheartening to discover that they insisted I provide positive feedback before they would even begin working on a project that I had already paid for. They stopped contacting me and neglected to refund anything paid in addition to the contract improperly. I wasted a year of energy, time and money. This is an online book writing company. This company has a lot of different ****** numbers, and the address online is not the same as the one on the invoice ********************* gave to me.
