    this company, at the beginning, they are doing really good job and did tried hard to develop as I want it to be. they did good job. but few later, things went for worse and making me angry all the time and refuse to listen anything I said, refuse to cooperation with me. and when I feel that website is done and I want domain name and website to be transferred to my account. they refused to do that. I even told them about policy with Go Daddy on how to transfer domain to my account with Go Daddy. they refused. I also can NOT give credential because it would lead them being able to access in my business personal information which I won't allow that. then they are still refusing to transfer it. which mean they are holding my property as hostage. which mean I did NOT get what I paid for. so, which mean I may be required to contact my credit card company and file dispute because I did NOT get what I paid for. so, I demand full refund. here is price that I paid them for website is $1,760 dollars so, refund will need including interest that I have lost. I also paid $1,100 dollars for Trademark and I still have not yet receive a proof that they have filed. I asked for that and they say I have to wait. I see no proof. if they did NOT file, then I want that money back. I need proof. so, which mean total I spent was $2,860 dollars. since they refuse to hand over my assets that I paid for, then I want refund. I would like to speak with CEO of this company. I refuse speak with *************************** or *********************** because those two guys are the one who been making me very very angry and refuse to cooperation and refused to give me what I paid for. those two always keep making me very angry and won't even stop making me angry at them, getting ****** off at them. they won't stop. so, I want to talk to CEO so we can discuss on those two guy's behavior and attitude. thank you.

    We have reviewed your complaint and did a case study about your concern/complaint, and have found the following.
    We have developed your website and made the site live. The domain that you'd like to transfer will take time as per the domain providers timeline. We as a company can not change the time we get from ********** authorities. Your project manager must have mentioned it to you that it will take approximately 60 days for the newly purchased domain to be transferred. I'm attaching the notice we got from our domain authority when we asked to initiate the domain transfer. Please find the attached image with the proof that there is a 60 day-lock on the domain, which means that since the domain was newly purchased, it can not be transferred to any other account before this time period is over.  

    As for the other issues you mentioned, I believe that has been taken care of as you got the updates from your project manager.

    I am rejecting this response because: website is NOT live at all. Urban Web Designers has made the website that they created became red flagged and can not be used at all. so, which mean I do not have website at all.  it was their coding, it was their creates, it was their work that caused website being red flagged.  so, here is the proof:   open website and you will see... here is link:
