    I disputed a charge by a company that I was pressured into working with plus the payment on my bank was under a whole different company name so I disputed the charge because it looked like a scam they lied and told me they will provide the best quality work and bring me ***** new clients in a month this was on the phone but did not keep in contact with me until a week or two late after I made the payment they took weeks to just edit one picture after asking them whats taking so long then they posted one image and it came out really bad so I was not satisfied and disputed for services not given like promised in call my claim was reversed from my bank they also say they do 100% refunds if the person is not satisfied but will not give me one they said its my fault for disputing it and making them lose money because their accounts were shut off for fraud but this was not my fault my bank said I didnt dispute it for fraud I disputed it for services not rendered it was a $500 charge. Mind u I never signed the disclosure form they sent to my email they shouldnt of provided me with that one image or go on to my accounts without me signing the form but they still continued with trying to edit my images but did a terrible job bad quality and everything. They have screenshot of my text messages saying no I didnt do a charge back card was stolen and I shut it off. But I did lose my card and I did a chargeback because they werent sending me the work they promised me 3 posting per week Ive gotten none these are all my edited posts all through a phone call and did not even post on the first week of the month. do I go to the court and file a claim through the court and will this claim work out in my favor? And my account will not be charged because I have an overdrawn amount of $500 that I do not want to pay because they didnt service me like I wanted they are upset I didnt ask for a refund but they did not make the refund accessible for me they would pressure me
