My issues with American Web Coders began last you on August 22nd 2022. Original Invoice # ********-1 Was told I would be charged Promotional price $349 for ************* with a 100% money back if you're not satisfied with the quality of the work and/or do not wish to continue with American Web Coders in case of dissatisfaction. Lastly, I will be attaching copies of email and all documents I have exchange with them thought out this ordeal that also confirms that I am not liable to pay any extra or re-occurring fee, unless already specified, for the features mentioned. As of today I have been charged a total of $1200 and they are still trying to charge more money and the site is not even up and running at this point. We have been going through this for months and I continue to tell them to stop charging me because I for one, have been misled on the price as well as I'm not satisfied with the work that has been completed by American Web Coders up to this point. I was simply trying to have a website created for my Non-profit and it has now become way over price, and way over the planned budget. And the board members and myself have agreed we no longer want to continue working with American Web Coders and request ALL of our money be returned. We have included copies of conversations, invoices, and supporting information pertaining to the companies business practices. Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!******************************* President of the "Friends of Northside"

I have been attempting to get a website built for almost a year with AWC. After countless missed deadlines, promised refunds that never came, and now no communication...I will be filing suit. All communication is documented in writing and I will gladly submit. I've given over $5000 to this firm and they have given me NOTHING and are now not responding to emails.

On January 2022, I hired American Web Coders to create my public figure page.**** was assigned to my case. I paid**** & American Web Coders $300.00, and he stated the public figure page would be complete in a week.**** did not complete the task.**** attempted to compensate me with building a website & mobile app, however, I had to complain to his supervisor ************ due to**** charging me $890.00 for adding ********* on my website, when****** website states adding ********* on your website is free. I asked ************ about receiving all the legal paperwork for my website and they continue to pass me around instead of sending me all legal information pertaining to my website. American Web Coders pretended to assist me legally with stating they could assist me with trademarking my business, however, only completed a copyright for my website for $200.00. **** attempted to charge me $3000.00 for hosting of my website when *********** publishes all of this for $300.00 - $600.00. **** contacted me later and mentioned the $1000.00 that I paid for the mobile website app he applied to the hosting fee. In July 2022, American Web Coders hacked my computer and took receipts from purchases with them, they took my EIN and locked my account to the website. I can not access my website. I have emailed American Web Coders and asked for a refund $1500.00, all legal rights from the legal department about my business, perform 5 task to the website, all username & passwords for my website. American Web Coders has not responded to any of emails. I have made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (Report Number:*********) for the fraud of hacking my account, stealing my EIN, and not providing all my username & passwords.
