    Made a one time purchase in April of 2024. Did not even create an account through the website. Started being charged multiple times for a subscription that I did not authorize. Have disputed the charges with my credit card but the charges are still occurring periodically. Sent messages to cancel subscription but no response. Just want my subscription canceled and to stop being charged for a product or subscription that I no longer want.

    I ordered a probiotic twice in the past for less than 60 dollars. The last order was early fall of 2024. I didnt care for the probiotic and never re ordered. Feb 2025 received a 199 charge on my credit card with no explanation. This company does not respond to email. They do not pick up their telephone. They are stealing peoples money and getting away with it. *** opened a fraud case with my credit card. The company responded saying they sent me an item. What item? Ive received nothing since I placed a legitimate order 7 months ago. I did not sign up for a subscription, I have not received a product. This company is committing fraud against consumers and it needs to stop. I do not have an order or tracking number because I did not place an order.

    Made a onetime purchase October 2024 and since then I have been charged $99 and $199. I have tried to call and reach them through their contact me page with no response. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any more charges. I disputed the charge and they said I received product and would not refund the charges which is a lie. I tried to report as fraud and that was no help either. This was not a subscription and I was never notified that I would be receiving additonal charges. I am out $300 and very disappointed. Please help!!

    This company is deceptive and their product is junk. I would never had signed up for a yearly membership fee of $199.00 knowing that. Very sneaky website that takes you in circles and if we send email they ignore them. I finally got a response and they said that this membership fee in not refundable. I would like to see them go out of business, I would love a credit on my credit card...

    I am rejecting this response because: I did receive the second shipment of this product. I don't want it. They said to keep it as complimentary, the $199.00 they charged my credit card with my yearly membership fee that I did not sign up for willingly. I want a refund to my credit card due to this being equivalent to theft. Deceptive website, it should be illegal to allow them to keep charging people fees for something if they were unaware that they signed up for.

    I was charged ****** on my credit card and had no idea why or what for. I disputed the charge with my credit card company who did an investigation. Stunning over 40 stated the charge was for a subscription. The credit card company put the charge back on my account. I called the ******************* stating that I didnt knowingly sign up for a subscription and I had emailed Stunning Over 40 repeatedly asking for a refund. I then sent the credit card company my chain of emails. Stunning Over 40 emailed me that they had cancelled my subscription but was unable to issue me a refund because the subscription had already been processed. This is unacceptable. I didnt sign up for a subscription and have no idea what this subscription is even for. I have been charged ****** for absolutely nothing. This is dishonest and unacceptable.

    I did not sign up for a subscription. I dont even know what the subscription is for. You charged me ****** for absolutely nothing. I appreciate that you cancelled the subscription that I didnt sign up for but that is insufficient. A reputable company would refund this charge. I dont know why this is such a difficult task for you to do. Do you think that it is ok to charge someone for something they didnt knowingly sign up for and the. When it is brought to your attention you dont submit a refund? Again I dont even know what this subscription is even for. I have received NOTHING for ******. That is unacceptable.

    The only thing I received was 1 bottle of pills that I have REPEATEDLY asked you where to send back. I did NOT order them. This was your response (see below)I find this whole thing extremely frustrating and totally ridiculous that you will not refund me the ******. You expect me to pay for literally nothing. You are the worst company I have ever dealt with.  I was willing to send the bottle back because I didnt order it and I dont want it. All I want is a refund which is something you can do but you would rather argue with me. ******** some great customer service. You should be proud.

    In July of 2024 I made a ONE TIME PURCHASE (never was it a subscription of any kind) to Stunning after 40. On my most recent credit card bill I noticed an unauthorized charge of $199.00 to my account from this company. I then went through previous months and also noticed another unauthorized charge of $99.00 to my account. I immediately researched customer service for this company and sent them an email stating I never authorized these charges nor did I sign up for any subscription. I have heard no response. I also tried a phone number to which it rang one time and went to a generic voicemail that did not identify where I was calling. I also contacted my credit card company to report fraud charges on my card. 10/02/2024 a $99.00 charge was made and 02/02/2025 a $199.00 charge was made.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response from Stunning After 40 to which they are only canceling a subscription (that I did not authorize) and state they will not charge me moving forward.  I am demanding that the unauthorized, fraudulent charges made to my credit card on October 2, 2024 of $99.00 and another unauthorized, fraudulent charge of $199.00 made on February 2, 2025 to that same credit card be completely and fully refunded. The total charges of $298.00 were absolutely unauthorized as well as a subscription to which I never signed up for.

    I am rejecting this response because: I NEVER AGREED TO A SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS PRODUCT.  Especially one that would increase from $89.00 to $99.00 then to $199.00! Those charges were made to my credit card without authorization and never did I sign up for a subscription.

    Also, I have read where other people have reported Stunning After 40 to the BBB for the exact same issues of fraudulent ($99 & $199) charges to their credit cards as well.  This is not an isolated incident with ***** seems to be a pattern of how this company operates.

    Oct 1, 2024 and Feb 1, 2025 Bought a 1 time supply in August of 2025 that I was charged for and paid for. Then was charged 3 months later(10/1) and a again 3months later (2/1) and never received product. Sent an email to the company in October and was told they canceled the subscription that I never even subscribed to. I would like the $298.00s refunded to my card.

    I did a one time purchase in August 2024. In January of 2025 I received a charge on my credit card for $199. Received the bill called credit card company to dispute then received the product that I didn't order. I called with no response emailed no response. Sent the product back and they challenged my dispute with the credit card company. They have the product back and they still want $199.00!

    This company is completing fraudulent charges on my credit card at which point now is theft. I paid the $69 for the product. They charged me $99 approx 3 mos later for a bogus email subscription that the website doesn't even mention. I received an email on 1/3/25 stating they would cancel my subscription. On 2/3/25, they charged me another $199 stating that it was due to a subscription renewal and would not refund since it had already been charged, totally negating the cancellation back in January 2025. This is theft and I would like to file a full complaint against this company. I am demanding a full $298 refund to my credit card.
