    On February 5th,2025, I paid Nuzena $39.90 for a Bottle of Optima Omega-3+ capsules. This is a 1-month supply. I purchased this on-line, and I confirmed that the money was taken from my checking account. I have initiated a chat with no response. I have e-mailed them requesting a refund and have not had a response either. My order # is NZ8206.

    On January 26, 2025 I ordered 4 bottles of Optima Omega-3 from ************************** (order confirmation attached.) It is now March 23rd, and I still have not received my order. If I try to contact them for more information about my order using their website Chat, I get no answer. (See attached).At this point, having not received what I ordered 2 months ago, and unable to have any contact with the company, I want a refund.

    I ordered a product (Berberine) from them in late October 2024. My order number is NZ8097. It was to be shipped monthly. The first shipment was to be shipped November 11 2024. I never received it but I did pay for it. This continued to happen 3 more times in December, January and February. I have tried multiple times to contact them by Email no response. I tried calling them. They do not answer but say to leave your number and they will call you back. They never did! I also tried chatting with them on their website. No response! I would like to get a refund but thats not going to happen since I cant reach them. I was hoping maybe you could help me. I dont believe this is a legitimate business. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.
