    On11/15/2023 I bought a car, 2016 ****** Roguge from this dealership. They have advised I will receive my Registration and Titile with in 3 weeks, in written contract. However, it has been over 10 weeks now, I still have not received any of my doucments. According to DMV, the dealer had never filed any paperworks for my car. During the 10 weeks, I have contracted the dealer multiple times, the owner ****** had been dishonest and gave me misleading information. In addition, the dealer had fraudulent practice! I bought my car for $9000 with receipt, the dealer only reproted $5500 to DMV on the " Report of Sales", the owner said he had save money on tax.

    My boyfriend financed a car from imperial auto sales. The date of transaction was 09/02/22.
    My boyfriend paid 4,000 cash as a down payment to the business.
    The business committed to return all money put on car because we canceled the contract with them.
    Dealership keeps pushing back the days to go pick up money.
    They sold us a car that said "not for sale".
    APR of 27% without explaining terms to my boyfriend.
    Didn't offer cancelation policy and seemingly forged a signature.
    Owner did not show up on day he said he would return 3,250 cash already paid on car.
    As soon as car was purchased salesman disclosed the AC was broken and had to be brought back in to be repaired.
    Car was overheating after driving it for a few miles. As of today 09/06/22 the money has not been paid back
