      On 3/10/25 I spoke to Find it parts inquiring about a part needed. They told me which part was needed and it was ordered. $303.11 I paid extra for faster shipping as it was needed quickly. The part was ordered on a Monday and should have arrived by Thursday and when it did not I called to check the status. Eventually they sent the part and then when it finally did arrive, it was the incorrect part. When I contacted them they told me there would be a restocking fee. I continued to ask questions why we would have to pay return shipping and why there would be a restocking fee and finally they agreed they had sent the wrong part so they would not charge those fees. I never received a return label and then 30 days went but and I had forgotten to email them back. I received another email saying it was too long and now we cannot return it. I then emailed and said I never received a return label and they said they sent it so I was out of luck. I have emails from them, but there was not a label attached but they disagree and refuse to accept the return and refund me. I have asked to speak to someone who can help me, but they say there is nothing that can be done.

      The customer placed an order on March 10, 2025. During the initial order process, there was some confusion regarding the correct part number. Our technical team confirmed the correct part number (F105062465) during a consultation, but the customer proceeded to order a different part number (PO# F105047173). There was a delay in shipping the order and we did immediately credit the customer for the expedited shipping paid.


      The customer contacted us on March 18 to initiate a return, stating the part received had clockwise rotation instead of the counter-clockwise rotation requested. We issued a return label and instructions on March 27, 2025, which were confirmed as delivered via email. When the customer later claimed they never received the label, we re-sent the original communication, including the label, for confirmation.


      The customer did not raise any further concerns within our 30-day return window, which subsequently expired. As a result, the return label was voided, and a return could no longer be accepted per our policy. Our warehouse confirmed that no exceptions could be made beyond the return period.


      While we understand the customer believes they received the incorrect part, the order was placed based on a different part number than the one our tech team cross-referenced and confirmed. We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter in accordance with our policies and timelines.
      We respectfully decline the return and refund request at this stage due to the expiration of the return period and the absence of reported issues within that timeframe.

      In early February 2025 I ordered an electronic Anti-Lock Brake module from FinditParts. this item was delivered and installed and worked as required however. This part cost $375 but the core charge for the old one was $266 which in my opinion was a very high core charge to begin with, but at any rate when the part arrived there was no information at all about where to send the core in order to recover my $266. I reached out to the company and they assured me they would get an *** and info from their supplier. Two days go by and no info, I ask again, they tell me again they will let me know by end of day or the very next day...Still nothing. This went on and on every day or two until March 4 when I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the next day March 5 filed this complaint. All I want is my hugely inflated core charge back but it appears this is either a scam to get extra money, or poor business practice to get the *** and address to me in order for me to get my money back.

However, we were able to get fresh eyes on the issue and have now received a reply from the supplier with all information requested, and passed that along to our customer.       Complaint Against Find It Parts Failure to Refund $179.09 I am filing a formal complaint against Find It Parts for their failure to properly process a refund of $179.09 for a canceled order and their refusal to assist in resolving the matter. I placed an order for truck parts, which I later canceled before shipment. Find It Parts assured me that a full refund had been issued, yet the funds never made it back to my account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility for the missing refund.I have provided proof of cancellation and attempted to work with them in good faith, yet they continue to ignore my requests. As a long-time customer, I am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and failure to honor their refund commitments.I demand that Find It Parts immediately resolve this issue by ensuring the full refund of $179.09 is returned to my account. If they continue to disregard their obligations, I will escalate this matter further, including taking legal action if necessary.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to investigate Find It Parts for their poor business practices and ensure they are held accountable. Their failure to properly process refunds and lack of customer support should not be tolerated.I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this issue without further delay.

      Seen an item was showing as really cheap on their site so I placed and order for it. They sent me an email stating I made a fraudulent order. This is a lie and they are just trying to no fulfill my order.

      Unfortunately, we occasionally do suffer malicious attacks on our listings from attempted fraudsters. Such an attack was occurring at the time of the order in question on this complaint, and the listing being offered was not one we could fulfill. Inasmuch as this particular order attempt was legitimate, and just coincidentally occurred during the window of that other, actually fraudulent attempt (by other parties) against our systems, we sincerely apologize for the implication in our initial communication. That said: we are incapable of fulfilling the order as initially placed. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience, and will happily extend a coupon for 10% off the next part the complainant orders from us, if that offer is welcome.

      Order # F104432711 I purchased 2 items. one being a *********** Steering hose 25ft and a **** hose. The first order they sent me 1 ft of hose and 2nd order they sent 1 foot of hose. I called customer service to inform them they sent me wrong items and they said they would fix it and contact warehouse and send proper length. This has happened 2 times. I also have sent an email with no response. It is not my fault that they listed the items at the wrong price. The **** hose at **** if 5 ft. There website says nothing about buying the hose per foot. ******************* the hose at 5 ft. ********* hose says 25ft and that's what I purchased. I want the things I ordered in the accurate size. My truck has been sitting since I ordered them. They are currently costing me 1 k a day while the truck sits.

      I am rejecting this response because: There was no sourcing issues this is the clean way of saying no one had the parts available when they did. You all sent me the parts but you sent me 1 foot in length of hose instead of sending me the correct length that was posted on your webpage. After sending in a complaint about receiving only 1' foot of hose instead of what the webpage said I was purchasing.  They said they would send me the correct items out. as I waited for new items to show They went and changed the website description and pricing then sent me and email saying they were refunding me. So they wasted 2 weeks of my time and Instead of being an honest company and honoring the price of their webpage and sending me the correct items I ordered they totally flipped on me.  I have screen shots before and after showing what they did on their webpage. This had noting to do with sourcing problems. If I paid the price they now asking they would have sent me the correct length.

      I purchased a power steering tank the company its made by has a 2yr warrenty but 3 months after purchase its cracked and leaking the original was over 30 years old before it broke. When i contacted find it parts they said since they advertised product on **** they was not responsible. For it and **** only gives 30day talked to the manufacture they said the sales house needs to send it a individule could not for it to be replaced. Find it shipped directly from there LA Cal. Warehouse but will not accept me even paying for shipping said they have no department for this. The company only sales semi truck parts think about that less than 3 months broken what if i was driving beside your family with a 4 month old part

      Our **** listings clearly state a 30 day return window. In fact, **** will automatically deny any requests to return outside this window. The appropriate recourse left in this instance, since the claim was made more than 30 days after the **** sale, is a manufacturer warranty claim. That claim must be made directly from the user--in this case, the complainant--to the manufacturer. In our follow-up communications, the complainant has found this manufacturer's process challenging to abide by, we are issuing a full refund, as a one-time exception, at our own cost, in order to close the matter. That refund should process within about 3 to 5 business days.

      I placed order F103926685 on 6/2/2023 with Find it Parts. I emailed on 6/8/2023 inquiring about a status update and was informed item was expected to ship on 6/12/2023. On 6/9/2023 I recieved an email with tracking number informing me that my item was on its way. By 6/13/2023 tracking still only showed "label created" and that item had not actually left so I requested it be cancelled and refunded. On 6/16/2023 I inquire again. Was told item is not expected to ship until 7/14/2023. To date my item has not been shipped, item has not been cancelled, and I have not recieved my items or my money back.

We were unable to provide a replacement to our customer, so we informed the customer, also on 6/20/23, that we would issue a refund credit as soon as processing was complete with ***, which takes a few days.       I ordered a freightliner DEF header from finditparts. The part I ordered ended in ****. I was contacted by a finditparts employee who advised me that freightliners new part number for this ended in ****. I asked if this was a direct fit and was advised by their employee that it was. I received part **** and it did not fit my truck. Part **** was not for my truck and in fact I needed part **** just like I had originally ordered. Find it parts will not honor their published no hassle return policy where they state if finditparts makes a mistake they will refund me for the parts and shipping and handling. Find it parts advised me they would refund me for the part but subtract for the outbound and inbound shipping. This was clearly finditparts error and now they wont honor their no hassle return policy. Further I have made multiple phone calls and emails and no one will assist me with this from finditparts. After having this problem I have researched this company and I have discovered that finditparts has a history of this. I believe finditparts engages in a scream to defraud and deceptive business practices.

We do want to make it as easy as possible for you. The records I see show that we originally delivered the part to you on 3/22, that we confirmed your requested return on 3/24, and that your return shipping was initiated by 3/29. That one week turnaround is sometimes necessary when we're working with partners in the logistics and supply chains, as is the case with your order; but we do expedite the process as much as possible. For example: your return shipment to us is still in transit to us, about two weeks later now. We will process the rest of that return, including a refund as soon as we receive your shipment back to us. We hope you'll give us another chance to help you find parts for future needs, and we'll work to make that process as easy as possible for you.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      That fact is, if I hadnt complained your company would not have honored your return policy.  The fact is the wrong part was shipped to me due to your employees error. I was notified by your company that you would accept my return but minus shipping costs both incoming and outbound.Your published return policy states that if an error was caused by your company a full return would be processed, including inbound and outbound shipping costs. Your dates are also wrong as well, just to point that out.  I requested a full refund on 3/23/22.  I was just notified this morning 4/12/22 that a full refund would be granted.  To get you or your company to actually respond to me I had to stop payment of the part and file this complaint a review as well as complaints with the State Attorney Generals of Montana and **********.  So your version of this whole process is yet another example of a business practice that is less than honest.  I have no intention of ever doing business with your company again and only seek a full return and refund.

      I contacted find it parts many times but nobody reply to me. I purchased 2 items on **** find it parts but I just received 1 package from and I found the part number: KIT225277 Genuine *********** Pin and Bushing Kit ****** Except *******&******* Quantity : 3 US $311.64, they are not shipping. but my order was not delivered!

      We're sorry for the difficulty you've encountered with this order. As our Customer Experience Agent explained during your call to us earlier today: your order needed to be processed across two shipments, one of which is delayed at its warehouse. That's why you have not received the shipment yet. To remedy this, our team is re-routing that remaining portion of your order, sourcing it from a different warehouse, in order to get it to you as quickly as possible. We expect it to ship out as soon as tomorrow, via ***** Ground, and reach you within a few days. 

      I also need to note: our records show me that you not only called and talked to us about this today, but you also messaged us about this issue three times on Friday, March 10th, 2023, all three of which received replies that same day. You then messaged us nine more times for updates on the same order, including on Saturday and Sunday; however: our contact center is not open on Saturday and Sunday, which is why you received no reply on those days. We were just a little slow trying to catch up on Monday, as severe weather over the weekend interfered with many shipments. So: we must disagree with your complaint's statement that we never got back to you, and ask for your patience and understanding as we do all we can to get your part to you as quickly as possible. As stated above: now that we have confirmed the delay in the original shipment, we've begun a replacement shipment to you from a different location not suffering that same delay; we deeply appreciate your business and always want to get your parts to you as quickly as possible.

      Do you feel particularly wronged because I complained to you?
      I have placed an order on March 5th, which contains 2 different parts.One parts were arrived on March 10th,but another one didn't delivered.
      But you use the same ORDER NUMBER on ****.com, so I have no way to apply for a return.So, I contacted your customer service at **** and customer service of ************************** several times,but nobody answered my question.It's Tuesday and I think if I hadn't called you guys, you wouldn't have answered me at all, right?
      If your parts are out of stock, please tell me, I can go to other websites to buy, if you receive my message, please also give me a reply, why you can reply to BBB.org's complaint at the first time, but to me Ignore the consultation?

      I apologize for any confusion, but I believe you misunderstood my previous message, which explained:
      1) The parts you asked us to find are in stock. We have already sourced your parts from a second supplier (who is not suffering the delays the first supplier is), that order is processed, and should be shipping to you tomorrow, first thing. 
      2) Regardless of whether you called us, we absolutely would have replied to your messages from the weekend as soon as we reached them in our queue, as we did on Friday: this Monday, we had a very full queue from a very busy weekend, during which many regions' shipping efforts were impacted by life threatening weather. So we have been a little slow to catch up this week.

      With both of those clarifications in place: would you still like me to cancel your order? I'm happy to do whatever you prefer: my only interest is in fulfilling your request as rapidly as we can.
