      If your reading this and you haven't purchased yet please don't I promise it will go bad, shipping *****, customer service horrible, marked up prices, scam just like all them Amazon companies.

      I'm sorry to see you had a bad experience when order from us, and I'd like to do all we can to make it right for you. The records we received from Amazon about your order tell us that you returned our order because you found it at a better price elsewhere, but your comment above mentions a negative customer service experience. Can you let me know what you would've liked us to do differently? We're always trying to improve, and value your feedback in helping us do so.

      Beware. Fraudulent listings. Do not stand behind what they sell and do not honor their sales. Bought a pail of lugnuts for $112. They then said $112 was for one lugnut only !!!! Insane. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD SELLER!!!

      THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH, THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE A PART IN STOCK WHEN THEY DON'T AND WILL NOT LET YOU KNOW ABOUT IT UNTIL YOU CALL AND TRY TO GET AN UPDATE ABOUT YOUR ORDER. THEY ARE A CLEARING HOUSE TYPE NETWORK AND DO NOT STOCK PARTS ON THEIR OWN. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND MY COMPANY IS DONE TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WHEN YOU CALL TO CHECK ON YOUR ORDER THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO CHECK WITH THE WAREHOUSE AND WILL CALL YOU BACK AND THEY NEVER DO. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM, IT IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a part that required programming. I told the service rep that she needed to take my vehicle info for the programming. She told me it was not necessary for this order. Over a week later I get an email stating they needed the information to program the part. The part arrived two weeks after ordering. When I installed the part it was not programmed. I then called to get a Return Authourization to send the core back for my core refund. I was told that I had to wait for someone to email me the *** pay the return shipping, and wait ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ my life. ** ended up taking the vehicle to a dealer to program the part. Everything in this expereince was BAD!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      Ordered an air dryer for truck . They put a hold for amount on credit card for amount. 3 days later they have not shipped part yet . No idea when part will be shipped. Truck can not go back to work without dryer . Will have to go to dealer and buy dryer there . 2-3 day wait but will get it . ************ with findit parts .

      Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. ***.

      On Dec 7 of 2022 we ordered a transmission from finditparts.com I ordered from them because of the 12 month warranty. On Aug 21 it started leaking water out. We had to shut down a truck that we depended on as a small business and contacted them about the warranty. We were told they would email us a series of questions to answer. Four times they claimed to email us the questions. Have never recd at either email address. Then once they get those back it would take 5 days to determine if they wanted us at our own expense to send the radiator back. Then it would take 45 days to process it and decide if the warranty covered it. The only reason we bought from them was the warranty, which turns out is not any good. Never again. Terrible service.

      TERRIBLE SERVICE. TRUCKERS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They will send you broken parts and try to give you the run around. Ordered an Bendix ABS valve and it showed up in a beaten up oil stained Bendix box. Valve was not brand new either and the box had a return label from a previous customer who ordered this exact valve on it. Disgraceful company. Selling returned defective parts to customers is wrong! Valve was cracked on the side. Called to request a return label they gave me the runaround. The fact that they are selling truckers defective parts is a disgrace. God forbid something happens to one of our fellow truckers while out on the road after installing the crappy parts they sell us. DO NOT USE THEM.

      Would give "0" if possible. Ordered 2 rear leaf springs for Bronco II and recieved 2 wiper blades from who knows what. Spent weeks back and forth with customer service to resolve the issue, and all I can expect is refund. I had found the springs for $60/each but they advertised them for $51/each, so to save a little, I bought them. Now they say they're $90/each and I need to send them $80 more, no way. False advertising is false advertising. I reccomend if you're looking for truck parts, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

      Ordered 2 exhaust elbows, paid for 2 exhaust elbows. Received 1. Emailed customer service twice, got the typical run around.Sent photos of packaging and slip as requested.still nothing. Will never deal with this company again and will advise all I know to stay away as well! I dont really care who didnt package it correctly or if shippers lost it, but I paid for 2 asseblies and expect 2! Extremely disappointing!
