    Like everyone else has said in a review, we were contacted by this company in 2023 for an original order of 3 toners. We never signed a contract or agreed to a certain number of toners. Every time they call, they tell me that we still need to purchase the toners that we agreed to in a "promotion"-a case of 12 toners. Now we are being told that it is actually 2 cases, despite the fact that I have told them that they have scammed me and I never agreed to more than 3 toners. Then they try to gaslight me and tell me that it's all part of the promotion. Definitely a scam.

    This company uses misleading tactics. They initially call offering a gift card, presenting it as a reimbursement or reward for being a loyal customer. However, what theyre actually doing is placing an order for printer inkwithout clearly informing you. They make it sound like you're receiving something for free, but then ship the products with a freight charge. A few weeks later, they repeat the same tactic, attempting to send more product under the guise of another gift or reward. Be cautiousthis is not a legitimate promotional offer but a deceptive sales scheme.

    This company is scam. They sold someone in my office that was not in charge on an entire case of ink for thousands of dollars. I had multiple conversations with employees of the company stating I had no need for the amount of ink they were sending. They told me no problem, they would close it out. Then 6 months later they call saying we owe them X amount for the remaining products. Finally they told me I had 3 black cartridges left to close everything out, I told them I didn't need anymore black because of the amount they've already continued to send so they offered to swap them for colored cartridges. Even though I hesitated, i took the remaining 3 to close it out and be done with them. 3 months later I get another call, saying I still have 3 more black cartridges to pay for. Their internal communication is terrible and they continue to push products on you even when not needed. They are dishonest and deceiving. I finally had to tell them "you can send it but I'm not paying for anything".

    This company continued to fool me with deceitful business tactics. When I first agreed to fulfill the last of my order to get them off my back they told me I would receive a $200 rebate gift card. I told them i did not need the remaining black ink cartridges and they offered to swap them for color. Still didn't need them but was tired of dealing with them so i agreed. The sent the ink but no rebate. So i called, they said the rebate will be sent once was the invoice was paid, and quickly glassed over that it was now a $100 dollar rebate card. After I left the review, they asked me to let the BBB know the issue was resolved, I told them as soon as i received the rebate card i would do so. Well, no surprise here, i received a $25 gift card. So no, the issue has been resolved. If the want to know what they can do? give me the $200 i was originally told I would get, by ****.

    ***** with all below! They will always say this is your last order, then send more and say they only sent part of the order last time. They put freight charges on every statement even though they ship together. It's a JOKE and a never ending circle. DO NOT accept calls from them, it's always a lie and you can tell they are making it up as they go!

    I was not employed with my company when this vendor from ** somehow got a hold of our organization in our rural city to offer an attractive toner deal. They offered gift cards as part of their deal and customer satisfaction and all of a sudden ********************** started being shipped unexpectedly.When I came on board three months ago, I took over the task to look into the issue. We currently have 45 boxes of toners (from different and random vendors) sitting around that are not needed and were never ordered. They just ship them and claim it's part of the contract. When I asked them to show me a copy of such contract, they claim they don't keep one on file. When I asked them for names of who ordered the toners, they say it was verbal and they don't have record of names. Any legit company would document even record the call specially for a "verbal" purchase authorization. I asked to send me copies of the invoices so I can see record of who made the order and when. The copies of the invoices they sent from August of 2024, that they claim where the originals, had my name on them although I was hired on October 2024. They just make information up to try to link you but little did they know I was not an employee in August.Their last shipment was 1 box containing 12 toners that we did not order. For that shipment, they split what would have been 1 invoice, into 6 invoices of 2 toners each. Each invoice included a freight charge of $90.72. They charged us $544.32 in freight fees even though they shipped it all in one box, but they modified the invoices to seem like we placed 6 orders of 2 toners each all made on the same day.When I take their calls, they ask that I pay them for the toners which are overpriced, or return them for credit and still be forced to get else from them. We never ordered those toners from the start. Reading through the previous complaints, this is the technique they use to abuse companies. Beware for the sales guy **** *****.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!I dont know how these people got my contact information but never work with them. They are vindictive, money hungry scammers. Paid an invoice they said was my last and they just called me to follow up sayin they are sending me more unauthorized product. AFTER I was issued the closing letter of my account. They should not be allowed to be in business.

    ZERO STARS. Scam! Do not answer calls. We were offered a "no-obligation" trial last year, decided not to continue with the service, paid the invoice and requested no further shipments be sent and our account be closed. This was in MARCH 2023. In OCTOBER 2024, the company sends a brand new unrequested shipment and has begun harassing us for payment of the invoice for ink we did NOT want and did NOT request. We cancelled our service 18 months ago! SCAM SCAM SCAM.

    This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! Never ever speak with them. Their promise is they will send you 2 printer cartridges. You get to try the first one for free and if you're not satisfied, you can send it back. However, this is not the case. They hound you very frequently for payment. If you do pay, they will continue to send more and more cartridges. Everytime I told them DO NOT SEND ANYMORE CARTRIDGES. We are a small family owned business, we use 1 cartridge per year. They then tell me that they have to send me 12 cartridges to finish my contract (which there is no contract). Everytime they tell me this is the last one and then you won't be getting anymore bills or cartrdges. WRONG. We just keep getting calls. I am beyond FURIOUS. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

    This company is a complete scam. Just like everyone else's complaints, we have informed the rep, the ******, management team that we are no longer interested in their product. They keep sending toner and $700+ invoices. They assure us a return label with a closing letter will cancel the contract but that doesn't happen. *****, the customer service manager said that our deliveries are for the remaining toner that was purchased yet we are getting charged every time. This company is unprofessional and very misleading. Do not answer their calls! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.

    My business has now been scammed. We received a shipment addressed to prior leadership and were unaware that their had never been a contract. After the first shipment arrived we called and ask that no more products be sent and terminate any contracts. We did not have copy of said "contract" and were not provided one. When the second shipment arrived I called back very angry and was told it was the last one from the "contract". I was told they would send a cancellation letter confirming our request. A third box arrived yesterday. I called and furiously left a voicemail. I received a return call from the "warehouse" guy who also said we had a verbal contract. He said he would send a return label. I informed him that for what had already been stolen from us I would not be returning the cartridges nor paying for them. We had been charged $170 for $37 cartridges you can buy anywhere. I am so angry that I didn't catch on sooner. I don't know how the people from this company can look in the mirror and have any kind of self respect. I am sure getting our money back will never happen but that is what we want. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
