    Fraud. Took our money. Unresponsive to follow-up queries. Resort reports they have never been contacted by anyone from TS Relief Group.

    This company is not legitimate. I was invited to an event to get rid of my timeshare and they gave a %100 guarantee that the job will get done. I called the assigned representative and attorney to updates, final documentation, and no return calls or documentation. Now my credit report is getting bad scores because they did not do their job.

    I gave this company a large sum of money to get me out of my Westgate Resorts timeshare last year in June after attending their presentation at ************ It was a "free" meal, but has turned out to be the most expensive meal I ever paid for! I have repeatedly emailed and called them and no one ever gets back to me. I did receive one email stating that everything was going well. But I don't get any correspondence from them at all...no phone calls...nothing. I was promised a full refund if this wasn't settled within a year. I have a signed certificate stating this. Well it's been a year and I want my money back. The timeshare company continuously emails, texts and calls me with threats about settling the delinquency because I just stopped paying them. I never even used one single day of the resort offerings. I do not believe this company to be legitimate based on the treatment I have received and the non-compliance.

    So this company is now saying they don't have a client by my name. This is their response to my initial comment: "We stand by our guarantee. However we do not have an open file with a client with this name. Client is more than welcome to email ************************************* to discuss options. However this is not a client of ours showing."This is not true. I am a client and paid them to assist with cancelling my timeshare. I have already repeatedly emailed and called with no resolution. The timeshare company is still mailing, emailing and texting me. It has been a year. I want my money back as promised. Seems like I will have to deal with Westgate Resorts on my own. I was told again last week that someone would be calling me back and still nothing. I guess hiring these attorneys was a bad decision.

    I have concluded that this company scammed me. Others may have gotten results but all I got was a big chunk of money from my bank account, hit to my credit report and now a lien filed with my county's comptroller site. I haven't gotten any correspondence from this company, no phone calls or responses. I was promised that if this wasn't resolved after a year that I would receive a full refund of my money. These people are ignoring me. So that is why I say they scammed me! Beware! Do not go to a *********** or any other dinner with promises from them to help you with a timeshare. Keep your money!

    BBB we would like to recommend a company to you. TS Relief Group helped us when we thought we were stuck in our timeshare. It was a pleasant experience with communication during the entire transfer process. Some of the new timeshare laws are frightening for timeshare owners, however they got us out in under 45 days

    WHAT A SCAM! Went to Red Lobster to hear GARY speak about his legal expertise in getting people out of timeshare. Complete and utter LIAR! They also promised a $50 Gas Card for listening to their SCAM. It was supposed to be emailed to me within 24 hours. Eight days later and calling them, NEVER RECEIVED! Stay Away from these scam artists!

    We went to Red Lobster for dinner to see about getting out of our time share, the salesman tried to tell us how our maintenance fees would go up with no actual proof and how the time share would be passed ** to our children which was false and would be paid by our estate. They did not tell us how we safe guard our estate for our children. They also want us to pay $14000 to get out of our timeshare and join there travel program. Unbelievable!! And then did not give us our $50 gas card that was promised to us. Definitely do not deal with this company!
