    The ****** ******* USED bathwater and soap made from from her USED bath water is absolutely DISGUSTING! I've lost all respect for this company, including your no-name, so-so hot, C-List spokeswoman... Products are basic, generic, over-priced, gross and tacky. You deserve better! Buyer beware!

    Experience with their Jukebox spin off company promo emails.I was interested in their parent company product and also checked their goods out. Not for me and wanted to stop their emails. Their unsubscribe actual link is shady and appears on my devices as BLACK text on a BLACK background next to the WHITE text No longer want to receive these emails? Under neath that they have their business name, copyright, and address all again in WHITE text on the same BLACK background. Because of this I will never shop them or the parent company. Shady and have a feeling this violates consumer protection laws too.

    I bought a deodorant on the Dr ******************** website, and a month later I get a delivery of 6 soaps and 2 deodorants that I did not order. Turns out, when I checked out they automatically set up a subscription for a load of random products without my consent. I reached out to them via email asking for a return label and they refused to accept the return.

    I cancelled subscription a year ago. Lol A year later (today) they charged my card with out concent. *** is the matter with this company? Are they that desperate and hurting for cash that this is the gold stadard of how they conduct business? Unethical practices. Run run run. You can buy these at *******. Forget the subscription. I had to delete my ****** so this won't happen again.

    I like their product, but the packing of their deodorant is ridiculously misleading. It's at least 40% larger than the standard packaging, but contains the exact same amount of product. So, misleading AND wasteful. Not a good look.

    I ordered one time for my son to try. They automatically put me in a subscription I didn't know about until it came out of my account. The only way to contact is through chat they wouldn't refund my money and keep the stupid order. Do not buy from this company.

    They canceled my order for me but have yet to actually refund my money. I tried calling, but the no longer have a valid phone number. All complaints are handled via email and they take hours to respond each time. This has been going on for days now.

    This company really could have been reasonable by simply offering a decent luxury product. However, they choose to take advantage of first-time customers by locking them into a subscription service for their product and hoping you'll forget or give up dealing with it. Brief backstory, I placed an order for xmas gifts to family. I remember when checking out agreeing to a subscription service and thinking that's kind of a cheap scheme, but whatever. After accessing my subscription page, there was no active subscription listed under my account. The subscription service was linked to my secondary email. I tried to access the subscription page with my secondary email and it returned an error. After about an hour I gave up thinking that it was too soon after placing an order to access my subscription page.Flash-forward to this morning - when I was billed for my subscription that I didn't ask for. I tried to access my subscription account, guess what STILL returning an error. I had to spend time sending an email to customer service for them to activate it. How convenient for them to make customers jump through all these hoops to manage their own subscription and money. Huge waste of time and a headache. This experience has ruined any positive association I had with their product. Stay away.

    I'm 14 and worked hard to get my money for family gifts. I bought my dad some products for Christmas. I didn't realize they signed me up for a subscription. I canceled the subscription as soon as I was notified that I was billed another $44 for soemthing I didn't order. They WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS ON UNOPENED PRODUCTS!!!!!!! Don't lose your money like I did!
