    Late Nov 2023 my wife ordered a number of items from their website. They gave an option on their website to pay $30 for express 2 day shipping which my wife paid. When it didnt arrive in 2 days we learned they hadnt even shipped it yet so we did not have it in our possession to give as a gift which was our intention. My wife communicated with ******** from Michael Aram Support and she said read the website it says that during holidays and sale events that shipping can be longer. We told her that makes perfect sense for the FREE 2 - 5 day shipping option they offer but not to people you charge $30 for express shipping. I then called their customer service and spoke to an ***************************** ************************. She said she would have somebody contact me. I waited about 2 weeks and called ****** back and she was surprised nobody had called. TO this date we have never heard back from anyone accept to state they are not giving a refund as they do not refund delivery cost. Their offer to express ship is FRAUDULENT if they can not perform. If they cant ship express during holidays or sales then that option on their website should not exist or be disabled. As far as I am concerned they stole my money by selling a promise that they did not deliver on. Our order # was ******. i have attached some email correspondence

    Hello, I am following up regarding my web order ******. My order was returned this week, but Michael Aram is refusing to give timeframes on the refund and has been repeatedly ignoring calls and threatening to end the call when I ask for more specific time frames regarding my return. They have repeatedly and consistently lied to me, telling me **** days or business days, and they do not want me following up, very entitled and dismissive attitudes, saying what more could i want--please, i am a loyal customer and i would like for things to be made right, and for more transparency to be made regarding when i can expect the refund for the merchandise that i returned with the label that michael aram is responsible for because it was made by them..My order was damaged on the outside, and they did not even offer an apology regarding my return. I am asking for my resolution to be dealt with as soon as can be regarding this issue ..

    Hello, I am emailing to follow up with a return for my order #WEB165231. My order was returned. But I still have not received my refund for my order that I have returned. Please help, as my order was damaged on the outside, which makes them not suitable for presents for my family I really would like to shop in store for my Michael Aram gifts instead.

    I was gifted a frame for my wedding and was given the gift receipt. I brought the item into Michael Aram after 14 days to exchange for store credit as their policy states is permitted but the manager would not give me full credit for the return. I was only asking for immediate store credit toe change for an item of LESS value in store. The item I am returning is $170 and the item I was buying is $160. His name is *****
