    My ************ went to the subway on ***************** *********** ** at about 10:10pm & found the front door locked & 2 women quickly cleaning & mopping. We knocked & they ignored us waving us away. Just then 2 uber drivers showed up to make pickups & the black woman came to the door & opened up & made 1 of the drivers show on his phone the order. We asked why they closed before 11pm which is their regular *********** stated we closed & slammed & locked up & ignored us from then on. I took a picture of their business ********** left as other customers were walking up to order. Those employees suck!

    You don't really want to know what I think.I tried their new and improved app and place an order for a little over $32.During the processing of my order on the app it said it had trouble that I had to refresh the bag or start over so I refresh the bag after waiting several minutes I got the same result.So I decided I'd call the store... You see that despite the notice I had gotten on the app I received an email confirming my order and the order was correct (in the email).I attempted to call three times no response. The call times out and hangs up.Believe it or not He's at the same things I went through back in December of 2021 and now it's *** of 2023. There can't be any more excuses for COVID or for supply line problems. It's the middle of their service advertised day. So I'm really aggravated at this point. Then I get a notice from the DoorDash delivery man stating that he's going to deliver my sandwich ( singular not plural) and that the total was less than $20 including his tip. I knew right away that this order was incorrect The same as my previous order 18 months ago had been.So I contacted the DoorDash driver told him to bring it back to the store I didn't care what they did with it but I wouldn't accept delivery. And I got a text from Subway low and behold they were willing to cancel the one sandwich order which wasn't mine at all. No word on what happened to my original two sandwich order for $32. So now I'm back watching my credit card and I end up going through their corporate offices to get a refund. The last time I went through this took me over two weeks to get my money back.Warn people! Tell them not to use the app Tell them not to call the store Tell them not to buy their products. You won't get what you pay for. In fact you won't get anything at all!
