********************* the manager on site with his workers and *************************** and others have been illegally entering and breaking all my valuables and causing health hazards. He stole my mattress and now I have back problems. He has let people from my last employer come inside my home and steal and break valuables that are irreplaceable. They need to arrest everyone who has been in my apartment and touched anything I owned. I even had my eyewear and reading glasses damaged and have problems in my eye. My contact lenses were even cut and my eyes are in pain. There is bacteria put in my home and so much damage Ive tried to list them and report them but all he does is drink and offer me beer, and he puts emojis on text and tells me to contact someone important to resolve his delinquency and failure to. He needs to be removed. He even lets other people into other tenants units that Ive seen. There is so much to list that hes done if you need to contact me, I have already wrote to the ****

RST,Re: *********************** ***** N. Ivar #** *********** Dispute: Charged $200 cleaning and $250 Paint = $450 check to be sent due to unjustified costs RST,Paint/cleaning costs for this apt. is completely unwarranted. Tenants are NOT supposed to have these costs passed onto tenants - it is YOUR responsibility as owners/prop mgr's. The usual wear and tear is on you and you can look it up if you want, but this practice of throwing these costs onto tenants is unethical/illegal. The apt #** was completely clean - all floors/appliances and everything was spotless probably in better shape, more clean before moving in. There were not even any holes left for hanging pictures etc. left. Probably didn't even need paint or cleaning due to the clean way the apt was left. RST does not have the right to throw ($450) costs onto the tenant. This practice of yours is obviously - most likely what you guys due and get away with it - profit over people in this day and age where people are struggling is really deplorable. The MCM prop mgt company in LA before you took over-at another apt. - got ALL sec, dep back without dispute and then you "RST" took over this building. and this is how you handle tenants sec dep? You obviously cannot justify these costs - Looking up the comments for RST not good. Not any good responses for RST. You need to send a check for $450 back for *********************** - for unwarranted / unjustified costs for painting and cleaning. Please send receipts from the painting and cleaning crew that supposedly painted/cleaned in 1 hour for each? Where are the receipts for these costs. You hired a painting company to paint for 1 hour? NO...most likely just billed tenant as routine practice. If you do not refund or send check I will be filing a complaint with renters rights for LA = also can join class action law suit.Sincerely,***********************, ****************** ************

I have had multiple issues with the new property manager ********** My first encounter with her was when my roommate was locked out of our apartment by deactivation of her access card. Initially, we purchased an extra space to bring the total number of parking spaces to three (two assigned to unit *** and one additional purchase). The tenants soon arranged their schedules to only require the occupancy of two spaces and the third space is no longer required. They requested ***** the previous building manager, to cancel space 146 over six months ago. The current building manager has space *** assigned to ******* ********** however, all the contact information for space *** does not belong to ******** It appears **** never updated the information; an understandable oversight. However, there are three main concerns regarding the actions of the current property manager, *********
    1. The deactivation of the access card assigned to ******* that actually denied entry into the building from June 14th @ 9pm to June 15th @ 11am.
    2. Threatening to deactivate the access cards of all *** tenants unless the tenants come into the building office on Monday to resolve the parking issue.
    3. When specifically asked by one of the parents of a *** tenant why she deactivated the card, ********* denied that she did it. We both know this is a flat out lie.
The second interaction was over labor day weekend where again the access cards were deactivated Friday night and still haven't been restored. The night of September 2nd, my roommate tried to come into the building at 2am after being out and her card was deactivated forcing her to sleep on the street in her car. That is unacceptable. I wrote an email to ***** and **** ******** regarding the first situation where I sent in this complaint as well as requested if any information is needed, that we be alerted in writing. I received no response.

I moved in to a new apartment March 2021 with RST and associates. Shortly after moving in I noticed problems with the kitchen sink. It would made disgusting clogging sounds followed with odor. My garbage disposal frequently stopped functioning without being used. My dishwasher was overflowing and Cockroaches was coming up from the drain. I have had plumbers coming out at least 10 times at this point. They are all saying different things but no one can solve it. Every time they come out it's a 2-4 hour window for me to schedule around and as you can probably imagine. This is a huge issue at this point.

    Please advice how to proceed.
