  They are the worst company to deal with. Never respond to emails/voicemails/text. Its been 3 months since I moved out and Im still waiting for my deposit. Will have to take them to small claims.

  **************** apartment complex. While I understand that you are already aware of *******************' substance abuse problem, I want to inform you that it's starting to have a negative impact on the residents. Specifically, I have found keys to non-vacant apartments lying around and witnessed **** mud wrestling with a stranger in the front courtyard area. Additionally, there have been instances where people have been seen coming out of vacant apartments around seven o'clock and leaving before anyone notices. It's important that these issues are addressed to ensure the safety and security of all residents.I believe it's imperative to inform the higher-*** that the individual in question is not only engaging in unprofessional behavior, but has also been caught red-handed in the act of engaging in inappropriate sexual activities with other men during office hours in the office . My reason for bringing this to your attention is due to the circulation of graphic videos that depict such behavior occurring within the premises.In recent times, there have been videos circulating on social media platforms depicting an individual picking up drugs outside and waiting for someone to drop them off. The individual in question, who is high off of some substance, can be seen talking to himself and approaching residents. These actions have made the residents feel comfortable, and even the construction workers have mentioned it. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.*******************' substance abuse problem is causing further problems for the residents. There is a strong odor of cat f**** emanating from his apartment, which is becoming increasingly frequent. It's now a regular occurrence during weekends, and it's starting to take over the entire third floor. I urge you to do something about this issue as it's becoming unbearable for the residents. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Alpine property management made ***************** (************) trash. The apartments are cute, very spacious, and most are newly renovated. However, the property managers are crooked and made my 3 months here TERRIBLE. YES, only 3 months. This is a dog friendly building, however, some neighbors complained to management when my dogs barked while I was vacuuming and instead of investigating the matter, property management began harassing ** for 2-3 weeks straight and provided ** a false notice claiming our dogs were barking a specific night all night long. My dogs sleep all night and only bark when someone's at the door. In addition, I work from home and wouldn't be able to conduct my meetings if my dogs were barking as much as they made it seem. I muzzled my dogs most of the time. I lost sleep this entire experience and the moment they told me they believed the other tenant over me (I had proof their false notice was FALSE), I asked to break our lease and they agreed, but took my deposit of course. I've never been so happy to leave. We paid $2,550 for a 2 bedroom and didn't deserve to be harassed like that without any proper investigation into the matter. Before we left, the new property manager *** came by and said "I don't hear any dogs", while my dogs weren't even muzzled. Exactly. *********************** is a trash property manager and has the worst case of napoleon complex. He's a tiny pudgy man who's nice at first (so he can **** you into signing their obnoxiously long rental agreement that won't allow you to do ANYTHING), but the moment you stick up for yourself, he turns into a nasty person. Now that I've left, he's targeting another tenant. They also don't take care of the terrace or the building AT ALL. Our neighbors were forced to take care of the fountain in the terrace because property management wouldn't. Run if you can. Parking is nonexistent and even if you don't have a car, the property management is trash. Save yourself the trouble
