    Today ***** **** and I wife, ****** *****)had the most pleasant experience working with ****** as he walked us through paperwork needed for todays business transaction. He has great qualities as a customer service representative. First of all, he is extremely knowledgeable . He is very friendly, patient, and helpful as to walking us through the steps necessary to complete the needed paperwork. In this day and age, he made the completion of the project at hand stress free. He should be recognized for his value as an employee at your company. ***** stated, on a scale of one to ten? ****** should at least should receive an eleven meaning excellent. Thank you!
