  This law firm needs to be closed down and they all need to be arrested immediately for there criminal greed,its sad that jacob emrani made 10xs more money then me and im the one injured with broken bones.i won my settlement for ******* and I walked away with ***** dollars this has to be illegal and I know I was treated this way because im Latino.i will be reaching ou to the BAR and filling a lawsuit against them they must be stopped.

  Horrible!!! Thank God i recorded each call after the first ****** I spoke with go fired and told me they'll s**** my case up. Guess what... they sure did. This injury was a no trainer w every other attorney I've spoken to about yet Jacob and his make belive team failed to file in timely manner and got my case dismissed. They NEVER call you, they never have communication, they switch your attorney more than a ****** changes underwear. I never spoke to same ****** twice each time I had to call myself to ask about my case. 6 years almost.. and then I call for update and he just send me a letter that case was dismissed due to me not answering. Ywt.. my phone hasn't changed in **************************************** Go ELSEWHERE. Save ur case and headaches. Just go elsewhere. The lady on the corner might have a better chance at getting u compensation than these clowns. I will be seeking malpractice against them.

  This is the absolute worst law firm I have ever dealt with. They hurt my case more than helped me. The are completely unorganized and unprofessional. They did not file my civil case in a timely manner and in not doing so lost the ability to file. As far as the work comp case, they have been even less helpful. I told them I need to look for another attorney that can and will help me and they made it clear if I leave they still will be compensated for the work they didnt do. Its been several years and they have not done anything for me. They do not communicate and are very I knowledgeable when I call regarding questions to my case. The absolute worst!

  I hire Jacob for a case and I want every body to know that they are a bunch of theifs . They now we'll cases take 3 to 5 years to settle .they take 40 percent of the money after the case is won but if the case takes more than 3 years than they require 5 percent more of the money which is enterable they let case as far as they want. In total they take 45 percent of the money in written agreement but since bills are paid by your 55 percent of the money awarded they earn two thirds of the settlement money and the client gets one third. Then after the case has being won and paid off the law firm takes 3k from your percentage of the money and holds it for future treatment if needed for 3 months after the case has being paid off. If no treatment is needed the lawfirm returns the 3 thousand dollars to the client . They only sent me 1600$ and keapt 1400 for themselves and I didn't get physcal treatment after the case was won .they are thiefs and lyers don't hire Jacob emrani

  This company tends to add additional fees to the final closing of a settlement statement without it being disclosed to the client. All of the experiences that are being expressed on the site are true and unfortunately I didnt read it soon enough about this legal office I have the same exact experience its enough that you have to go through the pain and suffering and on top of that your attorneys office does not respect you as a client. Jacob got on the phone and started threatening me and making me feel uncomfortable and hung up on me.

  Don't be fooled by all the billboards and ads. I started feeling that I made a bad decision hiring this firm from Day 1! The person sent to me to collect my signature on the representation document and get my statement, showed up at 9:30 pm! Although I told him that it was inconvenient and inappropriate, he insisted, and we went on with it. He left my house at 10:30 pm.After that, my case was assigned, and I had to answer the same questions that the first guy asked me, again.Two weeks later, guess what? **** gets reassigned, again, to another officer, who, when she asked when a good time to talk, I told her, and she still called me at the wrong time, while I was at work, and although I told her that I'm not fully with her and that I'm not focused nor do I have the time, she still went on with the "explanation" that left me with more questions than answers, and delayed me 25 minutes from going back to work.When I e-mailed her that I needed more info and that I couldn't retain much of what was said, the convo went to the left, and she gave me attitude.It's is clear these law offices don't care about their clients, they're just there to get the paycheck, and it is clear that Jacob Emrani works his employees to the bone and makes them work in overly-stressful conditions that get transferred to the client by rudeness, untimely service, and no follow-up whatsoever.Lastly, after getting a hospital bill for over $6,000 that rendered me hopeless as I don't make that much money, I got in touch with my case officer who told me not to worry and that they will reduce it, and that if they send me another, I should refer them to her. Surely enough, I got a reminder from them to pay around 2 weeks later, and when I got in touch with her, she said to never tell them that I'm lawyer represented because they will go for the kill and won't reduce it. 2 Contradicting statements on the same question!!

  Serg, raised his voice at me over the phone because I was asking legit questions regarding my case. He was merely frustrated because he didnt have answers or couldnt clearly give me information. He would often call me the wrong name, another clients name and not mine. Serg, contacted the wrong insurance company. I have an email copy of that. Serg, also did not retrieve the *** report. I had to provide him with a copy. Serg, lied and said he sent a check to *** to pay for the copy of the report. Never happened. However, *************************** came into the picture. She made all these promises that she will get back to me regarding updates. Never happened. She would just continue to lie saying theyre working on my case. Moving forward, today I called Jacobs office out of frustrations because I received a letter from my insurance company asking for my statement. Tonights conversation with Jacob, he doesnt like to be challenged. He is only looking for easy money cases. He does not want to actually fight or do necessary foot work. He nor his staff fought for me at all. Jacob got loud and was over talking me. He never answered my questions directly. He made threats and of course hes a bully. Jacob, threatened me to upload the report to this review. I hope he uploads the one that have both my witness and I statement included. I told the truth and nothing but the truth. Jacob is a bully. No amount of money can hide how much of a coward he is. I recorded the entire conversation we had tonight. My case was ruined for the lack of urgency on Jacobs part. I never had proper treatment. Jacob even told me to have my own treatment through my private insurance. I do not lack in money. I live a very well rounded life. Jacob, I highly advise you learn how to treat people better. Money isnt everything. Making threats and bullying your clients that dont agree with you doesnt make you look good.

  Today I had a phone interview with this firm and based on my experience, this is not a firm I would ever hire. They are well within their right to not desire to hire me. However, during the interview I was LAUGHED at, judged and told that no one would hire me. Again, I don't care that I wasn't hired but this level of disrespect to another human being is uncalled for and unacceptable. It is extremely unprofessional to laugh at a potential new hire and I can't imagine how they treat their actual staff, if this is any indication. I'm writing this review because this behavior reflects poorly on this business and I certainly would never engage with a firm who treats people this way. We are all grown adults, no one should be treated in this manner. This was uncalled for and unkind. Please do better.

  He scammed me, and others as I keep reading his company reviews I can see I'm not the only one. His employees make fun of other clients that Walk In. They said about one man in particular he looks crazy look at the way he's dressed, and laughed at him as he walked away. This man was not Caucasian. He offered me only $5,000 because he said it was his fault my case got dismissed I declined the offer he than said he can't go against the government that their like the mafia we can't win. even though he accepted my case in the first place. He said come back and think of a number you want. I told him a number laughed and said no I can't do that the most you can get from me is 25k if you want more go against my insurance they can give you 100k that's if you win most likely you will lose your time and money going against me. I suggest you take my offer everyone else does why don't you ? Everyone else accepts 5k or less with no problem. I said no continue my case I don't want to give up he said to go to court its too expensive it would be 5,000 to keep going . how can a guy who has money to buy billboards all over Los angeles think that's expensive to fight for my rights and clients? He gave up on me. That's when I told him the government is not the mafia the court didn't do fraud like he told me .Its your fault like you said to you didnt show up in court and give the judge the documents she requested in time when you Had my paycheck stubs to shoe my employment. You never told me to go get the physical exam they requested your excuse your computer weren't working again you have money for billboards but not for new computers ? Than he told me your a mother now you show worry about your kid and leave this in the past. Just to let everyone know an fbi agent crashed into me going super fast in the fwy he admitted fault and recently I visited the federal building and they told me I was going to win more than 1 million dollars what he did is fraud. They said I have injuries.
