    If I could leave a zero review I would. My payment was rejected and funds were there and this is the account that I have used since setting up this account. The customer service is awful and they need to close this business.

    Domuso support has followed up with the resident directly on this issue. Domuso uses a proprietary risk assessment process in order to determine whether we will be able to certify a payment being made from your bank account. Our risk assessment tool uses several different factors in order to calculate a risk score to make this determination. Domuso will decline to certify a payment from a bank account if the calculated risk score is below a certain threshold or if we are unable to acquire the required information from your bank in order to calculate that score. If we are not able to qualify you to submit your payment using the Domuso ************** Account payment option, there are other certified payment methods that are still available to you, such as paying with MoneyGram Bill *** or purchasing a cashier'd check or money orders that you can submit through the Mobile Money Order payment option. Your property only requires you to pay with certified funds if you are paying paying your rent after the 5th of the month. Between the 1st and 5th, you will have additional non-certified payment options available to you including a "non-certified" Bank Account option that does not require the sort of risk assessment delineated above.

    Domuso and Mill point apartments suck!They are money grubing parasites grinding the faces of the poor. Warning to all apartment owners.... if you want to alienate your tennants get Dumbuso to handle your rent collection! I would be interested to know who are the ***** investors behind this s*** show. Unfortunately, the laws in **** are heavily skewed in favor of the landlords and their rich lawyer - politician friends. The only recourse us peasants have is to use BBB and yelp. I think it's just ******* in the wind. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

    They are bias dont return emails and unprofessional!! They offer rewards yet refuse to add those points after numerous attempts reaching out you get a generic email and then they completely ignore and disregard any communication. Ive reached out to my PM who said I need to call them. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CALL THEM! They offer a service they have no right to withhold or pick and choose who is entitled! Ive got many screenshots to verify what I should have received yet still nothing from last October!! They illegally charged me a double renters insurance payment after I gave my own personal policy to the *** Cant have two policies for one unit!! Many times theres issues while trying to pay rent through the app another frustration! DOMUSO is unprofessional and stereotypical. Not to mention collection of illegal extra fees not entitled to or owed.

    I've been having issues with this app for the last month they keep taking money out of my account that I pay rent with way before my rent is due on the 1st of the month.when I asked them to fix it they said that they cannot do that that I have to talk to my bank or my property management which I did and they said they were not the ones that took the money out of my account

    This platform is the only way my complex will accept rent. They used to charge us $3.99 to use our bank account for an ACH they allowed us to do this for many years now they won't because they say we have insufficient funds when we don't! They say to use MoneyGram bill pay but I've been to many many gram locations they do not do that "anymore" they will accept my debit card at a percentage of 3.25% of my rent which usually ends up being 40 to $50 just to be able to pay my rent! Our credit has gotten better and we make more money than we did when we started using this platform 5 years ago! Charging people over $50 to pay their rent is absolutely ridiculous. You can pay by money order but in my neighborhood walking around with a bunch of cash even if it's just to get a money order is really dangerous! And you have to hope your bank allows you to take that much money out of the **** When I contact this business for questions they never get answered and that is incredibly frustrating. If you have the option not to use this platform then don't! Charging people that much to pay their bill is ridiculous and greedy.

Any requirement on your account to pay your monthly rent with certified funds, is based on your propertys payment settings or restrictions and if you have questions about this, we advise that you inquire further with with your leasing office. In reviewing your account, I see that you attempted to use the Domuso ************** that was declined.     There is something big time shady about Domuso. I now have to pay them a fee of $4 to pay rent which until today as long as I used my checking account there was no fee. Now today not only do I have to pay someone to pay my rent I have to have $103 over the rent amount or it will not be excepted. Why? Is Domuso going to go in with any excuse to take more out? I usually will have $30 left in there but why is it mandatory that $103 is left in there? Or I can go buy money orders & up load them or I can go buy a cashiers check or I can put it on a credit card which all require spending money & paying fees. Domuso is up to no good & for the apartments to tell me they were not advised of this change is shady and if I have a problem I need to take that up with Domuso. Why? Im not the one that set this shady process up so therefore common sense would dictate I can not make changes. Domuso appears to be corrupt and very shady. If you have to use them you better watch your account very closely.

    My apartment complex started using this at the beginning of this year and my payments have been messed up ever since then I have lived where *** lived for many years and all my bills are always paid on time and I got a call saying that they returned my payment, which I got a statement from Domuso Saying they were bypassing my auto pay set up because I paid it early. Now the leasing office is telling me that it was returned, but it wasnt returned to my bank. I dont have it. So they mustve returned it to the wrong account or something, but this is just one of the many mishaps since using the service.. Whoever their reps are are contracting all these big apartment complex. Corporations need to be educated better in the company itself needs to do better because its not OK when you rely on that is part of your credit score and everything else to s**** up everything youve done because your rents not on time or theyve returned it to somebody else..

    I have used this company for over 2 years and during this time payments have been completed correctly and on time. BUT starting in December 2023 each month has gotten worse. In December 2023 this company charged my account 2 different amounts. This was Christmas and I didn't get it refunded until December 20. 4 shopping days!! In February of 2024 an incorrect amount was taken and I had to make an additional payment to catch up. In March of 2024, Domuso took the incorrect amount AGAIN. I have called and spoken to different reps who are not trained to work on with the consumer. It's always I'll send a note to the department that handles this problem. I've Never been called back or received any information from this company. What can be done with this company to get them to work with us? It's the 16th of March and nothing has happened. ******************* has sent 2 emails but still nothing has happened. So disappointed not only with them but also with myself. Would love to hear from them for help clearing this up..

    Incompetent, unprofessional, argumentative. My rental place had been on this app for a few months and have had only problems with it. Difficult to find online support and, when I do, not helpful.

    The absolute worst service I have ever used ! Went to pay my rent how I have paid it the last 6 months and it would not accept my payment even though that was how I had been paying my rent with no problems and on top of that it was one of dimysos approved banks that I specifically got to pay my rent . **************** couldn't tell me anything other then the system decides if you are approved to pay that way . Didn't know you had to be approved to have it directly taken out of your account and I had been using this payment method for r the last 6 months. The representative told me maybe next month it will work ? And all the other options of payments had a fee that was paid to domuso to pay my rent the only method that didn't have a fee that said I wasn't approved to pay that way!
