    Purchased *****. a pair of earrings from this website. Policy was domestic items can be returned within 10 days if unworn. After purchasing, receiving and reviewing, earrings are not eligible for a refund. I can only get store credit. If I realized this and would have never bought them. The color of the earrings are not as pictured and I would like a refund. I have bought earrings internationally and gotten refunded. This is ridiculous. It is a jewelry business. I received money from the *** under a lawsuit with Fashion Nova over something similar. That company wouldn't give refunds, only credit. Because Heaven Mayhem has this 10 day policy, I fear if I sought a refund, they would claim earrings are not eligible and after so long that they cannot anyway because it's been past ten day window after disputing with them back and forth.

    December 2nd placed an order for $61. It never said anything about preorder until after I purchased and I received an email. Preorder said it would ship in 5 weeks. I followed up. They said another 2. Followed up again. Another 2. Followed up again. Another 2. Still no item 2 months later. It was a Christmas gift. They have done nothing to remedy the situation and are blaming it on customs taking 0 responsibility and refusing to provide a fair resolution.

    I placed an order through heaven mayhem on December 2nd. I was notified on December 12th of a system error that occurred when I initially made my order that allowed me to purchase something that was back ordered. I received an email stating I could cancel it due to it not being able to be delivered until February. I responded with a request to cancel and have my order refunded and have not heard back. I have contacted through email and social media with no response. Its been a week with zero response or refund.

    Date of transaction: 12/10/2024 Purchase amount: $98 Issue Summary: I placed an order with Heaven Mayhem for a pair of earrings under the impression that they were in stock and would arrive in time for Christmas. After the purchase, I was notified the earrings would not ship until February 25ththis delay was never disclosed at checkout. I immediately requested an order cancellation since I have not yet been charged, but the company has ignored multiple follow-up emails. Instead of addressing the issue, they are insisting on their final sale policy, which does not apply since the product was never available.This seems to be a recurring issue, as their Instagram posts are filled with customer complaints about delays, unavailable products, and poor product quality. The companys lack of transparency and failure to resolve basic order issues reflects poor and unfair business practices.Resolution Requested: Immediate cancellation of my order to ensure no charge is processed through Shop after pay (Dec 23rd)

    Business has taken 3 weeks to ship order with no end in site. They have only been responsive from social media (not customer support), and have stated that all their items are out of stock. This was not mentioned upon checkout, which is incredibly deceptive.

    On Nov 30th ***** I did an online purchase with **************************. I received a confirmation email for order #******** for $66.29. On Dec 7***** I received a small sealed white shipping envelope, inside was a plastic bag with a sku # , and inside the clear plastic bag was a white box that contained only styrofoam and no earrings. I have been trying to reach Heaven Mayhem to have them check their quantities as this seems like an internal issue with packaging. I would like the earrings sent to me or my purchase refunded. I am wondering if the weight of the shipment could be confirmed to show that no earrings were in the package or if it was a pre populated label.
