      I tried to purchase a bunch of different clothes from the Yours Truly website around 12-8-2021. I spent $299.76 on different shirts hoodies beanies and other clothes. I did not know you could file a complaint with the BBB which is one reason I didn't file. I also had faith in the company. I have attached emails I have sent them to no avail. I have tried contacting them on Instagram, I've tried there support via email, I've tried there support link on ********* I have never received any answer. I have waited just over 2 years at this point. Early January 2023, I was incarcerated for an entire year so I was unable to pursue the company and try anything. Immediately upon release I contacted them again trying to get my clothes which was February of this year. I've tried over and over again and I honestly just want my order. It was said the order was received the money was taken out of my account, I'm not made of money and this was a big chunk. It is to late to get the money back from the bank. Id rather my stuff I ordered anyway. The order has been stuck in the same stage since a few weeks after ordering. I put all of the screen shots of our conversations and the orders I placed I also have the order confirmation in the screen shot but i will post it here as well as the order number.Order number #****** I don't have a confirmation order but I attached the confirmation email to this.

      I purchased $139.69 worth of clothes on November 24,2023 from the yourstrulyclothing website. I was charged the full amount and still havent received my order #******. Ive e mailed and they turned off their e mail. There is no contact phone number. Theres a contact us message area on the website that I submitted and no response. Its been 2 months and if the product is not coming, Id like a refund but cant get a hold of anybody.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from Yours Truly Clothing. I placed an order with your company on November 26, 2021, at 3:00 AM, with the order number #******. It has been an extended period since I made this purchase, and I am yet to receive the ordered items.Despite the considerable time that has passed, I have not received any information or updates regarding the status of my order. Moreover, I have not received the ordered items, nor have I been issued a refund for the purchase.I have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to your customer service through various channels, but unfortunately, my concerns have not been addressed. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order or provide a refund is unacceptable.I am hereby formally requesting a full refund for my order (#******) at the earliest convenience. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, as the delay and lack of response constitute a breach of our transaction agreement.

      I ordered a Phora hoodie for my daughter for Christmas on Nov 29th. They took the money out of my account that ********** now Jan ********* still haven't received it nor my mystery box t-shirt. I paid $71.98.I've emailed several times. I can't find a contact number. I'm very disappointed. It's been 6 weeks!!Now, I see I'm not the only one this has happened to when ordering from 'Yours Truly'. What a scam!Please stop them from doing this to others!

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Yours Truly Clothing regarding two recent orders I placed. On November 23, 2023, I made a purchase totaling $151.57, and on November 27, 2023, I placed another order amounting to $107.06. The combined total of both orders is $258.63.Upon making these purchases, I was assured by Yours Truly Clothing that the shipping time would be 5-7 business days. However, on November 27, 2023, I received an email notification stating that the shipping duration had been extended to **** business days. This change in delivery commitment was not communicated at the time of purchase.I have yet to receive any tracking information for either order. The only information I possess are the order numbers: #****** for the order placed on November 27, 2023, and #****** for the order placed on November 23, 2023.Despite my efforts to contact Yours Truly Clothing's customer service via email and social media on multiple occasions, I have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me in the dark regarding the status of my orders and the reasons for the delay.I find this level of service unacceptable and wish to bring this matter to your attention for resolution. I request your assistance in investigating this issue and ensuring that Yours Truly Clothing addresses these concerns promptly.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      March 13th, 2022 was when the item was purchased. Sent multiple emails in regarding to the order and was never emailed back. This is the first time i've had a problem with this company when it comes to orders.

      Ordered a $150 sweater from the website and never recorded it. Instead received a package from them with a cheap promo shirt and not what I ordered. Messaged the company numerous times on website, email, and social medias with no response. Never got refund or product

      I purchased an order from this clothing site in March 18th a total of 78.43. ************* was used as a form of payment . Never received a confirmation from company reached out multiple times to email and ********* with no response. This person took all phones done from clothing site . He is a musical artist ********************
