    I submitted my order on May 19, 2024 for 3 shoes. They sent a "pre-shipment notice" e-mail for both shoes on May 22. So I thought all was well. That was a cover e-mail to make you think you're getting a product. So I submitted a ticket to their support e-mail on July 22. 2024. They do say that their orders are "made to order" meaning, they have to make them. But 2 months seemed more than long enough. They apologized profusely and said they are backed up on orders. I said it's understandable and I was just wanting the nice looking products. No response but plenty of adverts for 3 more months. So I e-mailed them again in November. Then I got the fraudulent claim that it is too late to get a refund or the product. I said I just want the shoes. So I e-mailed them again in January 2025 only to find that they say they cannot issue a refund. If they send me the product, that's one thing. But they refuse, it seems. So I will reverse the charges through my bank and use their e-mails as evidence. I am still willing to work with them if they send me the products I ordered.

    I had order a suit in February 2023 sent me the wrong size I sent it back they gave me a gift certificate tried to order again never received the product original it was for ****** . They keep blaming fed ex now I do not have product or gift card hey will not respond last respond was January this year.

    ordered 11/26 and charged to my credit card for $129.99. Order never received, have tried to contact them several times with no success. I believe this is a scan company. I will contact my credit card company to remove charge, but want to file this complaint due to frustration and the fact that this was to be a gift.

    I was recently scammed by **** ***** clothing company out of about ****** through Afterpay, I was hoping to solve this through Afterpay, but no one has been any help at all. The company sent a false package to an address in a totally different city. I called the providing company, but the reps were phoney and couldnt even identify the company they were working for because it was a constantly changing name a fraudulent company. The only reason I ordered from them was because I have used Afterpay for years and trusted their judgement. Afterpay refuses to help, probably because they get kick backs from them. Afterpay was no help when I contacted them and refused to cancel or help refund the transaction

    I purchased my order 11/04 of last year. I've been trying to get my order right with this company. They kept sending my order to the wrong address blaming it on the shipper. After a few failed attempts over the past year they just cxld my order. Now they are telling me the only way they can issue me a refund is to use the card that I made the purchase with. I told them it has expired and all they have to do is put it on my updated card. They are refusing to do so because it's not the card I used. My bank said just give them the updated card and it shouldn't be any problems. Wd styles are telling me they can't do that and I don't understand why. They dragged this order for a whole year going through multiple people with no help. Now all they say in their email is thanking me for being understanding which I'm not. When I try to tell them my continue issues wd styles send me the same robot chat bot *********** I'm out of my order and my money. Now when I go to their site I see there many others like me.

    I ordered a blazer from ****** ****** (aka WD Styles) in mid-May. It never came, so customer service refunded me $16.49 of the $109.99 and said it would resend the product. That never came, so I was told in late July I would receive a full refund. They still have not refunded me and claim its an issue with my bank. My bank, ****************, said that ****** ****** told them that I got the product so they are not refunding me.

    I ordered a coat from WD styles in March 2024, I was given a tracking number with no information repeatedly, I was told several times it would be coming out and to wait X amount of days, after 2 months they sent it again with the same issue, I stayed on them asking for a refund until they agreed which never came through, they told me to wait 15 days, then they told me to wait 15 business days, they have since been not responding with straight answers and I have several times tried to email their head of customer service and CEO which are all blocked. This company appears to be a shell, with no real product, stealing money from consumers. I need resolution IMMEDIATELY.

    Ordered a blazer for an upcoming cruise back in April of 2024. Never received said blazer. Ive emailed the company numerous times given the promise the blazer was infact on the way, waited the 6-8week time period for a refund. Have received nothing but the run around. Company promised the refund was issued a month ago. However I have never received anything but a hassle. This company is a scam.

    I purchased a suit and the company never delivered the product and has now disappeared off of social media and their website is down. It was a scam. I paid $169.00 and its gone.

    On 20th March 2024 I purchased a tuxedo jacket from an online business called WD Styles. They don't show up in your business search thing, but I'm aware you've had significant dealings with them before.There were issues with shipping meaning the jacket did not take the promised 10 to 14 days to be delivered, but arrived 7 weeks later in early May. The size was wildly incorrect, and the jacket was clearly unwearable. The company spent many weeks refusing to acknowledge this, despite me pointing out that their website very clearly and repeatedly uses terms such as 'easy returns' and 'money-back guarantee'. They claimed the item was larger than usual because it was made in ***** for a Chinese market, but they publish a sizing guide on their website which I confirmed I used correctly. They argued until I sent them the requested photos of my weight, my chest measurement, and me wearing the jacket. They then finally relented and agreed to provide a refund, and gave me an address to return the jacket to. They refused to pay for return postage, so this cost me an additional AUD$40. I have evidence that they received the jacket, and emails where they confirm they would offer a full refund. On 19th July they stated that they had processed my refund, and it would take a few days to process. I received another email the same day stating it would take up to 10 days. After the 10 days, I reached out again and they stated it would take up to 14 days. I have repeatedly asked them to provide some evidence that the refund has been processed (such as a screenshot) but they have refused. It has now been 21 days, and I have not had the refund back to my credit card. Reading numerous other reviews of the company, this is their standard practice, to deny all claims until the purchaser gives up in frustration. I will not be giving up. I demand a full refund, I request that BBB sanction the company, and if there was a feasible option to take legal action I would
