      The NTWRK is a buying plateform and I've over like 6 different orders that have never been shipped to me. Also I am not able to close my account no matter what I try. Listen I don't even care about the products at this point, but not being able to close my account is insane. their customers support never gets back to me to close it either.

      Originally I ordered a pair of shoes that were falsely advertised because sizing wasn't clear on if they were men's or women's on the website, not their app. When I inquired about an exchange with customer service it became an issue so I figured I'd just accept them to see if they fit. I paid for 2-day shipping and after about 3-4 days there was still no update with a tracking number or to whether or not the merchandise had been shipped. A few days later the tracking I finally received said delivered and when I arrived home after receiving the ******************** was nothing at the doorstep of my residence. Don't know if the ***** driver took the merchandise or if it was ever shipped. There were no updates for days and paid for 2 day shipping still have no merchandise. Their 3rd party Stripe responded to my dispute with my bank saying I never reached out with a complaint when I spoke with ******** from NTWRK Support. She eventually stopped responding to my emails about the issues with tracking and shipment. My last email was sent on 10/07/2022 & did not receive a response back(Screenshots provided). I was told the package shipped and it only said a label was created. An issue was brought to the attention of ***************************** failed to contact Stripe. I am expecting a full refund for the amount of $62.89 from my 10/07/2022 transaction. They had no issue refunding my bank my other purchase that I made the day before that never arrived either.

      In order to resolve this issue for the customer, ********************** would like to issue a full refund. Upon attempting to process a refund, it looks like the customer had filed a chargeback with their payment provider and this has been resolved in the customer's favor.

      We recommend they contact their financial institution to verify how soon the funds will be returned to their account, if they have not been already.

      One of the chargebacks was denied by the 3rd party company Stripe. I am requesting that NTWRK refund the purchase that was not refunded. My bank will did not reverse the charge back because NTWRK denied it. Only one was refunded & I am requesting both charges be refunded...

      I placed order #****** with ******* via NTWRK on 11/29/22, the order for 2- 1000% ********** was delivered on 12/05/22, The ********** 1000% was delivered correctly, The 2nd was not the******************** as pictured. I've tried to contact the store (*******) with multiple calls, emails, and submissions via their website. I have yet to get any type of response whatsoever. I'd like an exchange for the item I ordered, or a refund.

      The customer reached out to our customer support team on 12/5/22 advising us of this issue. As part of our internal process, we requested images of the product that was received in order to communicate the issue to the ******** Team. The customer was unresponsive, despite a follow up email we sent on 12/13/22.

      In order to provide this customer with a resolution, we ask that they send us the requested imagery so that we can connect with the seller and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      First of all as per above, I'm sorry I didn't respond to your email, I totally missed it. Secondly, after too many emails to count, the company ******* via NTWRK finally replied with an RMA to return the item. Their email was vague as to weather they are going to exchange the item for the one i actually ordered (which is what I prefer), or provide a refund.I returned the item via ***, tracking is provided in attachment . As a reminder to you, attached is a screenshot of the order, (********) The **************.       Placed an order that was confirmed on 11/10/2022 from NTWRK and still have not received any shipping information at all on my order. I checked the site after receiving a notification that the same store was having yet another live show. How can you have another show when customers haven't received their items that have already been paid for it's almost been a month now. I have multiple emails asking for information or a refund or my product to be sent out. At first I was told that there is a process and to wait a while for the store to respond now NTWRK won't answer any emails at all.

      I purchased a piece of art totaling $136.72 from NTWRK on 6/17/2022 and never received the order. They do no respond to messages.

      The customer wrote into our support team on Monday, 11/21 requesting an update on their order. Our team informed the customer that the product ordered was a pre-order item and the vendor had recently communicated that orders would begin to ship this week.

      I accept this response contingent upon receipt of the item. The original quoted shipping time at time of purchase was 2-3 months (from June). It is now almost December.

      Purchased the shoe ********************************* through the NTWRK app, I paid $192.50 for shoes on September 25 2022 and it's now November 2 with no shoe or update when my order will arrive. The item was supposedly shipped but the tracking number never updated or moved and I tried contacting NTWRK and they stopped responding to my emails and I still haven't received any shoe. The business has not tried to help me with any resolution.

      I ordered a pack that comprised of a shirt, hat, tote, and water bottle. When I received the package I was missing the shirt. I reached out to network on 8/27 and they did not provide a resolution until three weekend later on 9/20. When they did, they refunded me $25 for the shirt with no option to receive what I was missing. This is not an adequate refund as the tote, hat, and water bottle are not all worth $25 each and equal to the shirt, the most expensive item of the pack.

      I was offered NTWRK credit which I will not use. I have no intention to use NTWRK again as this the length of time this has taken to be resolved was a poor customer service experience.

      Unfortunately due to fulfillment issues, there was an issue with the inventory for the T shirt that resulted in our warehouse not being able to fulfill the correct item for the order. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.
      In order to remedy the issue, our team issued the customer a refund in the amount of $25.

      As of today, we have refunded the customer an additional $25, which can take 5-7 business days to reflect on their monthly statement. In total, the customer has now been refunded 50% of the subtotal amount and we have included a receipt. If the customer requires additional support, we ask that they write into our customer support team.

      I placed two orders at 8/20/22 on NTWRK app. One order was for ********************* 1 high cost $1,603.5 and the other was for ********************* 1 low cost $808.5.
      I received both shoe on 8/26/22 then i figured out both shoes were fake shoes. Lots of evidences that proof that shoes were different to the authentic shoes, like the material on shoes were different to authentic pairs which cannot be even consider as poor craftsmanship or manufacturing defects. I contact NTWRK customer service on 8/27/22 and received NO RESPONSE UNTIL NOW. all evidence pictures and order number and email i have included in supporting documents below.
