I placed a large order for a few hundred dollars from SHEIN and was notified of a delivery assignment to ******. I received notification of a failed delivery attempt by ****** to my address while I was at home. There was NO attempt to deliver my package. In the notification of their major fail (failed attempt) it stated a re-attempt would be made in the next ***** hours I am well beyond 48 hours, and now beyond the delivery time frame offered up by ******. All attempts to call the customer service line have failed as the number informs me the line is closed even though should not be based on their own scheduling hours voiced on the recording. The chat bot repeats a failed attempt was made and we will re attempt within ***** hours. Thank you for your patience. So is UniUni even in business anymore?? SHEIN has extended their delivery time by two weeks. I think Ill dispute the charge on my card as fraudulent and I hope these reports to BBB can shut this scam delivery company downBusiness Response

I wanted a refund from them and it was hard to find the customer service number. They didn't send me a label, they sent it on my phone. I took it to the post office and they would not accept it without the label. It's been a month ago. I want a refund of my order.Business Response

I placed an order with Shein. I ordered a total of 20 items. I received the order, which they stated it was two orders but they shipped it as one total order. When I received the package and proceeded to remove the items, I noted that several items were missing. I took everything out to make sure things werent doubled up. I contacted customer service and a ticket was issued. I then received a chat message stating that after their internal investigation the items were deemed shipped and that I would want to contact the carrier. Im confused as to why I would contact the carrier when Shein stated the whole order was in one package. Ive tried contacting them several times because they closed the matter, I was refunded for an anklet and sunglasses from the other order that was included with this one. However, I really wanted my missing items because theyre for a vacation coming up next week, that I worked hard to pay for and Shein has just about ruined it with this nonsense. I dont have money budgeted for replacement clothing. All Im asking for is to either replace the missing items or please refund my money for those items.Business Response

I placed an order for four items (Order ID: **************** on July 8, 2025, using a store credit from a previous return and paid the remaining balance with a debit card. Within hours, the order was canceled without my authorization. I then received an email and a login request in Spanish containing a verification code, which I did not initiate.I immediately contacted Shein to report that I did not cancel the order and that I was unable to access my account. The representative abruptly ended the chat without offering any resolution or assistance. Also, I placed another order on June 18th under GSU1UA55A00N8NJ that was delivered to the address that I provided the customer service representative.Upon further review, I discovered that my account has been compromised. A new phone number has been linked to my profile, all of my personal information has been removed, and only my previous orders with delivery details remain visible. Because the hacker changed my login credentials, I am now completely locked out of my account.This situation is unacceptable. Ordered: 6/17/2025 Amount paid: $123.93 I ordered items from this company and they provided the shipment arrival window of 6/25-7/6. The shipping company was called *************. The website says they attempted to deliver on 7/3 but I was not home. I have a ring video doorbell and there was no attempt. Instead of attempting a re-delivery, they sent all packages back to the hub in **********. Ive spoken with customer service 3x now, and each representative assured me my package was on the way and would still arrive by 7/6 or they would refund me. Today is 7/7 and I have asked for a refund for the 3rd time, and the representative says theyve extended the maximum time to 7/14. Order date 06/26/2025, delivery date was 07/01/2025. I never received order. I paid SHEIN order through Afterpay. On 07/03/2025 I notified both that I did not receive my order. I called **** on 07/03/2025 spoke to Missy. She stated package was delivered to different address in *****. Today Afterpay closed the dispute based on the invoice provided by SHEIN. I went in person today to **** spoke to ******** who gave me information. The address is not mine. The invoice is different from the label attached to the package. Has the same tracking number. I am filing this complaint because Shein advertised a promotion on their app stating that customers who spent over $40 would receive $40 in credit rewards. I made a purchase well over that amount, following all visible requirements, but I never received the promised reward.I contacted Sheins customer service multiple times. However, instead of resolving the issue, they provided only generic and evasive responses. No concrete action was taken, and the promotional credit was never ********* a consumer, I feel misled by a deceptive marketing tactic. The company promoted an offer to drive sales and failed to deliver what was advertised. I am requesting that Shein honor the promotion and provide the $40 credit as promised. On 6/1/25 I placed an online order with Shein. It was for 3 Jackets size large and a waterproof adhesive caulk tape. My total was $96.93. I received a package addressed to me on 6/11/25. When I opened it, nothing was what I ordered. I received several size small shirts, a scarf, and a jewelry item. I immediately contacted them once I realized there was an issue. There were several back and forth emails because they wanted me to take pictures and send the items back. I wanted a return label to not have to pay for their mistake. Once I received that, I packaged everything and sent it back to them. On 6/30/25 they gave me a partial refund of $46.98. I thought the other refund would come later but when I reached back out they said they didnt receive the other items. I didnt have any items as I returned what I got.
