    I bought 2 pairs of slides on sale. When I purchased these I made sure that an option for exchange was there. I purchased them with that ability for size issues. I have 4 emails which all state no refunds only exchanges. When I checked out the same was stated. The company if very choosing when things are eligible for returns and exchanges. Ive tried reaching out to customer service and forwarding the emails that state exchanges are allowed.

    The slides were purchased during a sale at a discounted rate. As clearly outlined on our website we do not accept discounted items for return or exchange. We explained this to the cusotmer multiple times but they refused to accept the terms of our website and have filed a claim with you.

     

    We never offer refunds for returns, we provide the option to return for store credit or exchange for a similar item. Unfortunately discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange as outlined on our website linked below.

    Purchased on 2/23/23 $700 bike $50 shipping and handling.RIPNDIP clothing line ******************************************************************* Order # ****** The bike arrived today 3/7/23, the back rim is completely bent and will barley spin due to it pushed against the frame. I emailed the head of the company after getting the email from the store after calling. The owner refuses to do anything either exchange or refund. I still wanted the bike and was willing to exchange the faulty product. I received a return process email which then states my item was non refundable.

    The photos provided by the customer did not indicate damager. We suggest the bike i assembled by professionals and requested they take it to a bike shop to confirm the damage. Customer provided an invoice for the repair cost and has already been reimbursed and is in possession of a working bike.

    I ordered my daughter Christmas gifts on November 28th and have been in constant contact with ripndip on when my order is going to be shipped. I have still not gotten a shipping date as of January 12th. When I placed the order I was told 7 to 12 business days at most. I have left two emails to cancel my order and receive my money back and now I have not received an answer back from the company. This is the most poorly run company I have ever dealt with in my life. My order was $144, and at the end it was sad that my daughter never received her Christmas gift.

    I placed an order online 11/19/22 and the order has not shipped yet. The order is #****** $125.00 was deducted from my account for the order in 11/21/22. I have sent at least 10 emails and have only been told it is still processing g and they apologize for the wait. I simply want my order.

    We did our best to be transparent regarding the shipping delays during the holiday season in 2022.  We offered to cancel the order for a full refund multiple times but customer refused and wanted to wait for the order. The order was delivered on the 17th of January and we have not heard from the customer since.

    Ordered items and their website clearly states shipped **** days. It was cyber Monday 11/29/2022. I didn't hear any thing contacted them and got a ohh sorry we're behind but any time. We're not a month into this and still no shipping updates and looks like my kid isn't getting his Xmas presents. This is ridiculous that a company can take the money and not hold up their end of the deal.

    On 11/19/22 I placed 2 orders with Ripndip after being solicited for their holiday Black Friday sale. The second order I placed that day 126 us was received on 12/7 at the time of order Ripndip guaranteed delivery for Christmas 2022. The first order I placed at 9:30am has not been shipped and as of this complaint it is still not shipped more than ********************************************************************************************** where though nice they are unable to help. I have emailed 5 times on when the items will be ready to ship and receive a general sorry for the shipping delay but we are very busy for the holidays. My items have not even shipped yet... I am not waiting on shipping but on them boxing up the items to ship. One email offered a refund which leaves me with no time to order online for the holidays from anywhere else. I want these items they are Christmas gifts and my **** was charged ****** us. I paid a total of $409.00 us with Ripndip on 11/19/2022. My order confirmation has changed to not guaranteed by Christmas now. It is unfortunate that I will be wrapping pictures of gifts for Christmas. Definitely no fun for teenagers!! I would like my order shipped ASAP. I am very disappointed in the lack of accountability they have taken in not honoring their advertised online Black Friday sale.

    I made a purchase the second week of November during a sale for some items that my son wanted for Christmas. The order was done November 17, which would give more than adequate time for it to get here. I was told it would be 7 to 10 days. Also for the size of my purchase I was to get free shipping and a free gift of my choice. Within a week they notified me that my free gift was not out of stock, which it is now back in stock. I also realize they charged me for shipping. When my shipping was supposed to be free I let both of these go with the anticipation of receiving my order. I have now tried to call them, email them, and have reached out on social media. This includes ******************** and ******** The first time I was told that my stuff would be sent by the end of the week. Week later, I was told that it was being prioritized and we should leave the warehouse within a few days. It shows my order still has not been fulfilled and we are at a month now , I just want the items that I purchased as quickly as possible. These were purchased well in advance so they can arrive for Christmas. I am at a point where I'm not sure if we are going to get them or not and these are the only gifts my adult son asked for. I just want the items that I purchased. I feel like this is fraud and theft.

    I have attempted again to contact them to make things right and send my order. I received the exact same response as the last time verbatim. It has now been almost two months since the items were purchased and payment was collected.

    I would also like to add that if you go to any of their social media accounts every picture they post has the comments section filled with person after person with this same issue. They are not shipping or responding to anyone, but continue to post sales and inventory. I could send pictures of it but it would be hundreds. They are not acknowledging that they did anything and are not responding to anyone other than the generic message I sent.

    I ordered from RIPNDIP on October 15th, 2022 (******************* and Landyard). My items showed as delivered (Oct. 24th) , but I never received any RIPNDIP items whatsoever. I might have gotten someone else's mail (mix up with the mail carrier) with my tracking info on it. Regardless, I did not get what I paid for, I did not receive my items from RIPNDIP, and I was not able to get a refund/replacement on my order. They stated it was because I didn't add the $5 route shipping protection. I would have added it if I had known that there are frequent issues. Now I am paying over $100 in installments for literally receiving nothing in return. I would like a refund.

    Ordered items (order #******) on November 18th, 2022. Email confirming order states that it can take up to 7 business days to ship. It is now 12/13/22 and nothing has shipped. No order update. When you email they give very little information and just a run around. They also state no refunds are given. If the items are not shipped in the stated timeframe, a refund should be given. I want my money back to go by my kid Christmas gifts somewhere else that can actually be opened on Christmas! Terrible customer service and I will not order from this company again.

    I ordered a hoodie on November 10th for $105. Was informed that it would take 4-7 business days. On day 7 I emailed them and they said they changed warehouses but it would be shipped that week. On November 21, 2022 my brother placed an order and it shipped on November 27th. I emailed them again and they said mine will take **** business days. I informed them it had been 12 business days. They told me that "prioritized" my order. On December 6th my brothers order got delivered. On December 8th I emailed them again asking about my order and they asked me to confirm I wanted to cancel. I never even uttered the word "cancel". It's been over 4 weeks since I placed the order and nobody will help in anyway and are offering no compensation for this absurd situation. I ordered well before Black Friday for a reason and this order is a Christmas gift. They took my money and never delivered my product and think they can be absolved of their incompetence by cancelling my order.
