I ordered items realized I had something in cart when order went through. I wrote them immediately once sec after they told me I had to get a store credit because they didnt respond yet they advertise 24/7 chat. I get the order and now have to return items they immediately sent me a tracking number yet 4 days later still no response to where my return shipping label is. The post office told me they cant help as they were the ones who created shipping label. Its pathetic the lack of help no responses but a robot. Nice clothes but def not worth the agrravation.Review from Rachael V

Highly recommend NEVER buying from this company. Their product is POOR quality and they don't stand behind it. Even with two faulty dresses - they won't refund your money- and expect a store credit is sufficient. Why would you want a credit to a place that delivers poor quality. Their customer service person- *****, is unhelpful and seems to email from a script. She says they have no phone line and refuses to escalate my complaint to senior management. I'm not even sure they have senior management. Probably a shell company.Review from Mary A

Like many others, I placed an order for a dress that was in stock. Promptly charged for the dress when I submitted my order. I was emailed an estimated shipping date. That date came and went. I reached out. CS told me the dress was backordered and no estimate for shipping. Offered to cancel my order and refund me. So we cancelled and I was told the refund would be processed in 10 business days. After 10 days I still did not receive a refund. Again, told it would be another couple days. A month later I am still waiting. I just disputed it on my credit card. Not sure how they stay in business. The communication/ lack of is horrible and they take your money immediately, and you never get updates unless you reach out to find out the item is not coming. or they made a mistake. This happened to me twice, and to many of my friends. If I could give then 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time with this company. Spend a little more with a reputable company.Review from kristin b

If i could leave negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE. They are run by robots. Can't ever speak with anyone, no phone, email takes 72 hours for a canned response. ****************** was supposed to ship out on Jan 26th, after placing the order on Jan 6th. No tracking no emails no nothing. I sent an email on Jan 26th and received the canned reply that they respond in ********************************************************************************************************************* march- MARCH is after her formal.Review from Renee M

This company offered 24/7 chat but it is indeed not. It is a robot and same message. They do not get back to you. I cant get my money back. They offer credit but you cant contact anyone to tell them.Review from Ani V

This place is horrible! They are based in **, I live in *******************, placed an order in mid December, finally received a notice January 26 stating my order wont ship till the end of February. My event will be long past! I can only hope to actually receive my order, by the other reviews on here I may just be out the money. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I was forced to give them one star, I didn't want to select any!Review from Erica D

Terrible!! After NOT receiving my order and not getting any response to my emails I had to cancel my daughters winter formal dress. My only option was to get store credit to use in their website. I DONT want that! I want my original form of payment credited. Im disgusted by all of this and do NOT recommend shopping with them. You wont get your order and they will basically steal your money.Review from Kijrstin M

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have sent several emails attempting to get my money back for a dress order that I cancelled before it was even back in stock! I was given an arrival time for a dress, never even received a courtesy email to say the item is still delayed. After reaching out myself to find out this information I then proceeded to cancel my order because the dress was no longer going to arrive in time for my event. This is going back to October, its now currently January 8,2024 and still NO REFUND!!!! I sent several emails with regards to this request and have yet to receive my refund. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
