    I purchased two pillow cases May 29, 2025.After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything. Sent a email to customer support. They were nice and said it would ship out June 10th. Expect to receive in 5 to 10 days. I waited and waited. I finally called and talked to owner, she said she would call me back she would check on it. Never heard anything so I call again she explained they were having grow pains that she would find out what's going on and call me back, She didn't call. Now they are not answering my emails or phone calls. Can someone please help

    I ordered a duvet and pillow cases on April 15th. I messaged them on the 28th and asked for tracking information and they said it would ship within the week. I still have heard nothing and have messaged them twice. After reading the many reviews on this site complaining about this company, I feel that something should be done. I am a teacher and this is a lot of money for me. It is a huge splurge for my 60th birthday. I want them to either send the bedding or refund my money. thank you. Also I will be moving to a new city on May 28th and need to hear from them.

    I called them and I spoke with the owner. She did not ask me to remove the complaint nor did she offer me any incentive. She was just so kind and assured me that my bedding is nearly finished and is being shipped. I do not want to harm a business. Please remove it. Thank you

    I purchased bedding from this company on December 15th, 2024 in the amount of $570.40 My return was initiated within the return window and was unused, and in the bags I received them in. They received my return and **** had smashed the box. I also had folded up my duvet cover and pillows after taking them out and looking at them, I folded them up as well as I could but of course could not do it as a machine would. They are wanting to not give me a full refund because of the condition of the box and the folding of the bedding.

    We submitted dispute to customer's bank, provided evidence of customer return not adhering to our published return policy. Bank sided with us and returned our funds after we won dspute.

    To show good will to customer, we re-folded, re-packaged and returned products to customer at our expense and provided an additional refund as a courtesy.

    Customer notified us of personal situation, so we also sent a very special gift valued over $500.Customer received all yesterday.

    I ordered a duvet cover and bed skirt on 11/30 and they sent a *** label 12/13 and they still haven't given the package to *** and have not responded to my three emails or my calls. I am using affirm.

    My daughter and I purchased 2 pillowcases and a duvet cover from this company 3 months ago. After 6 weeks from order date and numerous calls and emails, the company sent the pillowcases and promised to send the duvet. When 6 more weeks went by without the duvet, I called the company using a different phone number (they had refused to answer my daughters calls), they answered. I explained the situation and was told that it was obviously their mistake and they would have someone call me the next day - that was last week. I left another phone message and still have not heard anything from them. Unfortunately a debit card was used for this purchase so I cant dispute it that way. This is a terribly run, dishonest company.

    I bought a set of sheets on 4/9/24 and was told they would ship them out soon in an email I received from them on 4/16/24. In early May, I still heard nothing so I reached out to support via email and received no response. I followed up twice and was given no reply. I then reached out to their social media page twice before receiving a response on the third time. It's now been over a week since they replied and they have left me open. I am very upset. I'm fine with it taking a month or so to ship the product but the lack of communication and customer service (all while they're still being active on social and the website) is absurd. Just let me know! All I wanted was an answer. My order number is ***** and is still marked as unfulfilled on the website. I want my sheets and a full refund. As a business owner myself, I would never conduct a business this way. Will never be ordering from this company again.

    I placed an order (#***** and *****) on March 18, 2024 for 2 items totaling $194.50. When I did not receive my order after 3 weeks, I reached out 3 times to get information before I finally heard from them. They said last Friday that I would get a tracking number on Monday April 8, 2024. I received nothing from them on Monday so I contacted them again asking for full refund. It is now April 12, 2024 and I have still heard nothing from this company. After reading the other complaints and my own experience, I do not trust this company. I want a full refund.

    I made an order in December 12, 2023. I emailed the company 4 times between December 16, 2023 and January 14, **** on the status and called on December 29, 2023. I was told it would ship by January 5,****, but this never happened. I have received no response from my emails. However they charged me immediately upon my order. I think this company is a scam.

    I am rejecting this response because: no apology, no explanation as to why there was a delay in shipping or a lack of communication. This is not good customer service and the only reason I got a response was because I turned them into the BBB.  Ill gladly start the return process as I do not want to be a customer of such a disrespectful business.

    I placed an order from Linen Salvage on 11/30/2023 for $426.40, a duvet, pillowcases and sheets. I received an email confirming my order and money was taken from my account. On 12/05/2023 I received an email indicating that my order was shipped and included tracking information. When I clicked the tracking, it indicated that *** was awaiting the package. I then received an email that because of the overwhelming number of orders, they were experiencing delays. I sent several emails via their website and never heard a word. The order was a Christmas gift for my daughter and clearly wasnt coming in time. I finally was able to speak with someone on 1/12/2024 who apologized and said she would send via 2 day shipping and that if I didnt receive tracking information to call back. I didnt receive any information and tried calling and left a messages asking for a response and resolution. I also sent emails and have received no response. I am extremely frustrated and feel like I have been extremely patient and given them the benefit of the doubt. The most disappointing part is that this was a gift that my daughter picked out and she never received. I really wanted to support a small business as well.

    I made a purchase in November 2023. It was immediately debited from my account and I was sent an email telling me when it would be shipped never received anything. I spoke to the owner and was told it would be sent out last Thursday..still waiting after 3 voicemails, two emailsno response
