    I put in an order (#*****) on 6/8/2024 with an expected delivery of 6/27/2024 and have not received it. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to contact them on the contact us option but I have not heard one word despite my many attempts. Please assist as this it very frustratingly feeling like a scam. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Order #*****. I placed my order on February 11, 2024, and paid extra for overnight shipping. I contacted the seller on 2/13/24 to see if my item would get here by 2/14/24 (I needed it by Valentines Day). The item did not arrive until 2/20/24 - way past the overnight shipping. Ive been contacting the seller via e-mail, contact form on their website, text, and ********* asking for a shipping label to return the item, and there has been no response at all from them. I want my money back, terrible company.

    Order number: ***** The order came was delayed and delivered late. I did not use it and returned it back within a week (first week of Oct 2023). I followed all return policies but have not received a refund. I emailed them multiple times with no response. Their phone number does not work.

    Hi we are still waiting for the buyer's return. Once the buyer provides return tracking we can verify that it was delivered back to us because we do not have their return. They have not replied to our emails.

    I placed an order with Indie XO on July 19 for 5 black PIKO tops. They were supposed to be shipped within 2-5 days. I have been checking my order status and it still says "order placed" They have already taken my ***** from my bank account. I have contacted them by email twice over the last week and still have received no reply from the company. My order number is ***** and I would like a refund if the shirts cannot be sent immediately.

    I purchased an item from this website. I never got a confirmation and have been contacting them ever since to track my order. they charged my credit card. they do not respond to emails and the phone number doesnt work. this site is a scam!

    After filing this report and advising Apple Pay of the situation, the business finally contacted me and send the order via express shipment. So I received it today. But if I would not have taken action they would not have sent the package. thier phone number does not work. something is definitely sketchy with this company.
