I paid for 2 day express shipping and they said they cannot refund it, why do they offer 2 day express shipping if they cannot follow through with it or refund it? I have had this order paid for since March 11, 2024. Since then I have reached out to this company for my product which I bought for my daughter ******, I have had we are getting ready to ship your product then I had we are out of stock then ordered shipped. Now my order has been in the same mode for six days(labeled created) when I email them I get heres your tracking number and maybe its lost. This is ridiculous!Business Response

I placed order on February 7th 2024 for 2 products from forchics I paid for 2 day shipping.My first problem was 3 days after placing order it still hadn't been shipped I messaged inquiring about the issue they immediately informed me that 1. It takes them atleast 3 days to process 2.one of the products I order was out of stock so they were refunding that money and would be shipping the other product immediately....2 days later I had gotten the refund for the one product but the other had still yet to ship it had now been 5 days since ordered I inquired why it had not been shipped yet especially since I paid extra for 2 day shipping they answered saying they would get it out as soon as possible. 2 days later nothing had been done so I canceled whole order and requested refund. I have inquired several times with no luck with response or my money they owe me $43.95 still to date will not respond nor has any action been taken...I looked after the fact online for reviews and found that apparently they have done this quite often to other people not refunded or not sent products!!Business Response

I placed an order from an ad I saw on Tiktok. I got an order confirmation and the money was taken from my account. I have contacted them via email and phone several times but no answer or response. There was never a tracking number sent. I looked into the company more and turns out almost every review says they were scammed and their money was taken by the company but item never received. Ordered 3 tubes of lash serum during a sale. Was charged $58.50 including shipping charges. Received an email 2/7 that the items had shipped **** a tracking #. By 2/16, I had not received the items and the tracking showed no updates after 2/7 (EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR AWAITING PROCESSING 0:1:30PM), so I went to the website to contact them. There is no contact info; email or phone number. There was an online form to fill in, so I did that. 2 days later, after no response, I did it again...this time I threatened to dispute the charges with my AmEx if they didn't respond. They responded on 2/19 with a very vague "we are taking care of this". I am attaching our thread of emails in supporting documents. I have responded to their email 4 times and have resubmitted an online form and they are not responding now. Last night I Googled ForChic scams, and there are thousands of upset customers...many for the same problems I'm having. I did open an AmEx dispute of charge tonight. I will attach everything I have. I would like to see this company sanctioned and shut down. It appears that they are scamming many.
