    Total scam. I ordered a bag and it was sent to the wrong house. The pic they showed me was not my house. Refused to give me a credit- pure greed!

    I bought some shoes, tried them on at home, they were too big, and I returned them promptly. A few days later, Farfetch said I "damaged" the pair of shoes and denied my return. I told the customer representative this was untrue. She said Farfetch's shoes are so delicate, even trying them on can damage them. Excuse me...what? It seems they are falsely alleging customer "damage" to items in order to deny returns.

    Terrible Return Experience Unfair and Unprofessional I ordered an item from FARFETCH that arrived in perfect condition. However, I decided to return itwithout even taking it out of the boxand followed all return instructions carefully. To my surprise, FARFETCH later claimed the item arrived back to them damaged and denied my refund.Ive made it clear that I never used or even unboxed the item, yet they chose to side with the vendor without any concrete proof that the damage occurred on my end. Its extremely frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.This experience has completely eroded my trust in FARFETCH. If something goes wrong or a return is disputed, youre on your own. I would strongly caution others against shopping hereespecially for high-value items.

    FarFetch refused to accept my return, falsely claiming it violated their return policy and that the item was returned in a 'different' condition. This is completely untrue. The item was unworn, as I could not even fit the shoes due to the wrong size. I only tried on one shoe briefly before packing both back up for return the same day.
    The pictures they sent in support of their claim appear highly questionable, and I strongly doubt they are even of the shoes I returned. Even so, the pictures do not show any damage and the shoes appear clearly unworn. There are some ink marks on the soles and coincidentally there are pens in the background on the picture. I assert the ink marks on the soles are from their own handling of the return that they are now trying to blame on me.
    Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with their customer service, I encountered no genuine effort to help. Instead, I was met with unreasonable implications that I should have conducted "quality control" on their merchandise by noting dust on the sole before returning it. This expectation is absurd.
    It is clear to me that the company has engaged in fraudulent practices by sending merchandise they had no intention of accepting back.
    I request the Better Business Bureau investigate this company’s practices to prevent other customers from falling victim to similar treatment.

    Total scam operation. They rejected my return as 'damaged' when it was not used or worn. Claimed it was returned in 'different condition' with no proof. Complete fraud.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of lounge pants from them and they were stuck in ****** for several days. When I received the package it was empty. They claim they contacted ***** and that ***** has proof that the package weight scanned the same at delivery yet they will not provide any of that proof to me. I have been a customer since 2016 and spent thousands of dollars through their site. The pants were $175.11. They said NO REFUND. They have lost a customer for life!!!

    After receiving a damaged $800 dress, Farfetch declined to refund me. They, in fact, sent the dress back to me claiming I had damaged the item. The fact that they do not allow customers to leave reviews on their website should have been a red flag. I will never do business with them again.

    Terrible customer service. I purchased two of the same dresses in different sizes, when they arrived I immediately scheduled a pick up and sent them back the next day. I was informed that both dresses will be returned to me claiming I damaged them both! After sending one back ( it was on sale for being the last one) they put it right away back on their website. The second dress is still on its way back to me. Their manager said they are not responsible for it and that its their partner boutiques final say, and then continues to justify their actions with lies taking no responsibility responsibility! A Purchase that was supposed to be a regular sale was actually a Final sale !

    I usually dont write reviews, but decided to based on the terrible customer service I received from **********************. I placed an order in early August and received the package about a week later. The item wasnt really my style, so I returned it. The return was received about a week later. I emailed Farfetch to let them know that I saw the return was received and asked when I would receive a refund. They let me know that the partner boutique hadnt received the item yet, but once they do the item will be inspected and my pre turn would be processed. It has now been three weeks and I havent heard from Farfetch, so I sent a follow up email requesting a status update and I called customer service. **************** m told me that the item wasnt accepted and that I would receive a refund in 5-10 days. The next day I got an email back from Farfetch stating that the partner boutique has rejected my item because it is damagedmind you I had just spoke with customer service the day before and they said my item was accepted. After emails back and forth with Farfetch its clear that they are working with a scammer partner boutique who is accusing customers of returning damaged items, so that they dont have to process refunds. I wish I would have came to BBB and read reviews about this company before spending $660 on an item that they are now returning to me. They are fraudulent and I will never spend another dollar with this company!
