    Ordered on 6/25/25 received an email on 6/26/25 stating delivery 7/8/25 the order returned to sender by my local post office due to no address on the label. Reached out to boohoo customer service who replied with an auto message about refunds. Reached out to them via ***** message auto reply about delay in response because of high volume. This company needs to be blocked from US citizens.

    On 6/16/2025, I placed an order for a dress. I immediately received a confirmation email, but was horrified when I saw the wrong dress size in the confirmation email. Apparently, on the **** site, the sizes are UK sizing.I immediately reached out to them to try and cancel the order, but got an AI assistant that said nothing could be done, and to order the correct size, and I could return the order with the wrong size for a refund.I do that, but while ordering the correct size, I come across an email from the 2023 Class Action Settlement against Boohoo. I was given a code for free shipping and a $10.00 coupon code. The codes are combinable, they dont expire, and it gives instructions on how to use them together if youre having trouble doing so.I followed the instructions and was able to utilize both codes, which brought my order total to $20.24. I double-check everything, and it looked good. Even still, Im naturally suspicious and decided to take a screenshot of the total. I pay for the dress, and was done. Again, I immediately receive a confirmation email, but the total is wrong. Boohoo charged me $30.24.I reached out to their customer service again, and waited on a response. In the meantime, I went on their Instagram page, only to find every customers nightmare. There are comments all over social media, calling Boohoo scammers. People are not receiving their refunds, they arent hearing from customer service, and the company has gone DOWNHILL.Days later, I finally heard back from a customer service assistant, who told me I received the free shipping code, and that I couldnt use both codes in one transaction. Im now disputing the charge and will never shop there again.

    ******** customer service. I never received my package and I have proof that it was returned to them. I still have not been given a refund. And God forbid you actually get to speak to a live person that isn't fraud!

    I ordered SUPER STRETCH *********** FRONT STRAIGHT LEG PANTS on [05/27/2024], and it was marked as dispatched, but it was never delivered even with choosing express delivery. I ordered other items separate from this order that arrived, but this order did not.I emailed about this issue in [June/2024] but did not receive a reply. Could you please look into this for me and let me know how we can resolve it? Ive attached screenshots of my order details and payment as proof.Thank you

    I just realized boohoo man was a warning to cry cause I WAS SCAMMED! No products, for it was to be delivered 12/20/24, and tracking states it has not left the facility. No customer service, just an ai text. THANKS FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS. I want my money BACK!

    First of all, their size conversion chart is garbage. In addition to that, their sizing is very inconsistent. Based on several orders in the past, trust me when I say, there is absolutely no way to predict if the clothes are going to fit. Finally, customer service is worse than the size chart. I ordered a set of pajamas in my size (according to their size chart its actually 1 size up, they dont carry my size) The shirt fit perfectly, looked exactly like it did on the model. The pants however on the model theyre sweeping the floor. In reality they hit just below my knee. Ive ordered many pants from them that sweep the floor so I know its not me.. its the pants. After messaging their customer service line (for the first time ever) with photo proof of the item shown in comparison to another item of theirs, to display the difference in size. In so many words they said it was my fault I ordered the wrong size because they sent the correct thing. Even though the pants and shirt in the set are not proportional at all and it looks nothing like the model photo. Their solution was that I return the item, wait 29 days for a refund.. and pay for return shipping of course. I urged them to look into the item so others dont have the same issue and I got the same generic response back. Also, every response I got was from a different person when I was replying instantly. I see why they had a class action lawsuit. Dont order from them because they dont deserve our business.

    I returned items on 8/14/24 and have not yet received a refund. Initially, I was told I needed to wait 30 days before the company could do anything. I reached out after 30 days and have been continuously told someone is investigating my claim, but no one ever follows up. I am owed $512. The only way to contact this company is through ******** Messenger and each person I speak with seems to have no idea what is going on. Today someone was finally able to review the information and "process my return" but this was for an incorrect amount. They sent an email showing what was returned and the email included items I kept. Clearly this company is not organized and wants to do whatever possible to keep your money. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

    Changed the price of my order after paid and when contacted customer service asked me to return once received cause they have fluctuating prices. You cant just take whatever amount you want out of peoples accounts and thats what they did to me. Will not order with them or any of their sister sites again this is truly bad business and I lose money either way

    I placed an order August 7th, still have not received it. I contacted the customer service a couple weeks after then because I had not received any updates regarding my order. I was given a new tracking link and told to wait until the end of the month for the parcel to arrive. It did not. Then I contacted customer service again and was told to wait until September 8th. In that same email, I was informed if I don't receive my package by the 8th, I will be issued a refund. Today, I contacted the customer service again as I have not received anything and was now told to wait until the end of this month (September 20th). I was given the same reasoning as before which is that an "investigation needs to be put in place". I guarantee when Sept 20th comes, they will give me the same reasoning and tell me to wait further. I'm not even going to be a that same location by the time this so-called package arrives. All I can do is laugh at this point.

    This company looked amazing at first. Awesome clothing, everything looked flashy. Ive ordered clothing on 8/11/24 or 8/12/24. Either way it was supposed to be here today. I put my address info on the website while purchasing the products. Now it says on **** my order has insufficient address, package is being resent to sender.
