      I placed an order August 7th, still have not received it. I contacted the customer service a couple weeks after then because I had not received any updates regarding my order. I was given a new tracking link and told to wait until the end of the month for the parcel to arrive. It did not. Then I contacted customer service again and was told to wait until September 8th. In that same email, I was informed if I don't receive my package by the 8th, I will be issued a refund. Today, I contacted the customer service again as I have not received anything and was now told to wait until the end of this month (September 20th). I was given the same reasoning as before which is that an "investigation needs to be put in place". I guarantee when Sept 20th comes, they will give me the same reasoning and tell me to wait further. I'm not even going to be a that same location by the time this so-called package arrives. All I can do is laugh at this point.

      This company looked amazing at first. Awesome clothing, everything looked flashy. Ive ordered clothing on 8/11/24 or 8/12/24. Either way it was supposed to be here today. I put my address info on the website while purchasing the products. Now it says on **** my order has insufficient address, package is being resent to sender.

      Feels like Im being scammed! I order two pairs of jeans but one was the wrong size, I emailed the customer service team and they did respond the next day saying I had to send a pic. I sent the proof they asked for but stopped replying back to me. Its been several days now, I sent two different emails and nothing. So what now?! They keep my money and Im left with jeans that dont fit me?! Yeah its a scam.

      Ive been burned by them before, but I finally learned my ******* The absolute scummiest and scammiest online retailer out there. They make it extremely difficult to contact them for a reason. My latest dispute involved an item listed as wool when it was 100% polyester, and I had to jump through hoops to get them to own up to their error. After finally getting the return approved, they only refunded me partially, and it took a month. They will do anything to pinch their pennies at the expense of their customers. Absolutely not worth giving them a cent- please spend your money anywhere else!

      I returned an Item within my 28 days, and I have been waiting for over a month for my refund to be processed. I processed the return on May 30th, they told me they cannot refund me until June 30th. I contacted them yesterday and now they are saying I have to wait until July 4th for it to be processed. Absolutely ridiculous refund policy...its giving SCAM

      Contacted boohoocapricingsettlement to ask to be resent the settlement code for $10 gift + free shipping as stated in email if code was lost. In the email, I stated that I deleted the complimentary settlement email by mistake and wanted them to resend it to me. The Administrator, by the name ****** asked for my name and mailing address. I provided my information and receive an email response stating the settlement was for California customers only. I replied back, stating her information was false because the settlement was a Class-action lawsuit that served not only California consumers, but to other states and U.S. territories. This company is very deceptive.

      I ordered over $800 worth of items and my shipment was within two parcels. My first parcel was opened so I do not know what I was supposed to receive and my second parcel literally says undeliverable to the customer because the items were damaged. I contacted Nasty Gal and rep ******* informed me that there was nothing that they can do and they had to research until June 19, which is three weeks away. Apparently, the Packers at Nasty Gal are shipping things out and theyre not appropriately shipping them and theyre taking items out of packaging and within the time they are tampering with the shipping process, the items are appearing as damaged and their shipping team is purposely taking items out of bags (employees stealing) so when it gets to the courier it gets immediately returned as damaged goods and then the customer is literally out of their entire order, and as ******* has told me there is nothing that they can do and they have to investigate when the tracking clearly says that the customer did not receive the order because the goods were damaged! So, one may ask themselves, why is the customer continuing to wait and why is ********************** not shipping out the full second parcel? Most importantly you would think that the representative ******* would ask what did you receive in the first parcel that was opened because many of those items whatever they were supposed to be, was not confirmed, but I only received three items. This is due to employees from Nasty Gal stealing and them apparently not being concerned that their customers have not received items because this is all an IN-HOUSE THEFT!

      HORRIBLE HOORIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE, ***** TWO DRESSES AND HEELS, BOTH DRESSES CAME WITH BLACK STAINS ON IT. CONTACTED THE SUPPORT VIA CHAT JUST TO BE SENT ALINK FOR A RETURN WHICH i COULD HAVE DONE IT ON MY OWN, NO COMPASSION AT ALL. Contacted second time to request refund for my express shipping, the chat made me wait for 20 minutes and then it was closed without a reply, wanted to open a chat again said no agent is available at the time. I said, ok whatever, I'll just go ahead and start the return, and request the shipping refund later, AND THEIR RETURN PORTAL DOESN'T ACCEPT EITHER MY ***** NUMBER NOR THE ***** REFERENCE. THIS IS A CHEAP LABOURD COMPANY SELLING CHEAP ITEMS WITH HORRIBLE AND SCAMMY SUPPORT TAKING NOA ************* OF THEIR ITEMS NOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This place has zero customer service. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. They didn't fully refund my return and I had no way of contacting anyone because they took down all of their contact information. After going through several links of what I thought would lead me to something useful, it asked for me to put in my order number (which I copied and pasted from my order email) and it said it was incorrect. Yet it was able to find it when talking with the chatbot. Sketchy company. Never buying from again.

      These people received their items?!? I never received ANY OF ****** items I ordered at their Christmas sale!!!! Fake company. Fake customer service. Said my package was delivered. I have a ring cam. Nope. They said theyd send it again - please note that their customer service HAS to be AI because everything was really sketchy - they never had my official order number, email, I mean all of it made me realize I was scammed immediately after I charged my **** card.. - so the second order is sent and supposed to be signed for based on this terribly written customer service email, except they never say who the courier is. Again OBVIOUS fraud, scam, swindled situation.Fast forward to their explanation when I finally quit playing the game with them via emails and call the company out for scamming me - their default excuse to give to customers is (even on their instagram and social media responses) you clicked on a scam site, thats not our website, so sorry for your issues.. this email is coming from the same people I spoke with for 3 months who were telling me that my order is on its way!!!! Its infuriating and comical at how stupid this companies scam is!!! Im angry! I used their official website from their VERIFIED INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT! How have they not been shut down and WHY IS NO ONE LOOKING INTO NASTY GAL?! Why does instagram ignore every customer shouting from the roof tops that this company is scamming people!!?!!? HELLO!! We are reaching out for help to stop this company from committing more fraud and scamming people out of their money AND NOT ONE PERSON, FROM INSTAGRAM AS A COMPANY TO THE BBB HAS DONE ANYTHING! theyre huge on social platforms and have been around for years! Make them stop! Stop this fake company!!!
