I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Body By ********************* regarding an unresolved issue with an order I placed with their company. I have made several attempts to contact the company's customer service team without success, and I am seeking the BBB's assistance to resolve this matter.On February 23, 2024, I placed an order with Body By *********************. Despite being notified on April 8, 2024, that a "ready to ship" label had been created, my package was not shipped until May. The window to report any issues closed on April 23, 2024, which added to my frustration as I was left without recourse to address the delayed shipment.I am deeply concerned that my package may have been stolen, as it has not arrived despite the extended shipping period. Additionally, I purchased package protection to safeguard against such issues, yet I have received no support or response from Body By ************************ date, I have sent two emails to the company's customer service team and reached out via Instagram, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and resolution has left me highly disappointed and regretting my decision to purchase from Body By *********************.I am seeking the following resolutions:1. Immediate investigation into the status of my package.2. A prompt refund for the order, including the cost of package protection.3. An apology and explanation for the poor customer service and delayed shipment.I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I sincerely apologize for the long wait time for your pre-order as we did have unexpected delays with the shipment's arrival, however our team did ship out the order and delivered it to the address associated with the order. In order for me to honor the refund, I will have to contact AfterPay and see if they can issue the refund on their end as I'm unable to do so on my end. I will make sure to send an email to you with updates. I also apologize for the poor customer service you've received. I will be working with the customer service team to strengthen their support. I purchased a sweatsuit set (sold separately) for ****** from Body by *********************, on February 23, 2024. This was a preorder with the note that the package would arrive in 4-6 weeks. On April 7th (past the allotted 4-6 weeks), I emailed Body by ***** asking for an estimated shipping and for refund inquiries, to which I was told this was a small business and they were doing their best. I gave 20 days' time in hopes that it was enough for the "small business", who's Instagram account exceeds 169k. On the 25th of April, I emailed again inquiring about my order, to which the response was the same, "we are a small business.... et cetera". I placed another email on May 3rd requesting a refund and expressing my destain for the lack of professionalism with not receiving my package in the time given. On that same day, I received a response that said, "team already packed your order your tracking should update Monday...". Monday's date was 5/6/2024, and no update was made; However, I did receive an email asking me to review a product I did not receive (I know, INSANE). Today, 5/8/2024, I emailed Body by ***** requesting another refund and advising them of California State Law that indicates if the package is lost or damages, a refund should be given. To that email, I have not gotten a response. I've also seen comments on their posts where they are advertising NEW sweat suits, that customers are commenting about their missing packages, and the company is deleting the comments or simply turning the comments off. This is both baffling and disgusting because I wanted so badly to support a black brand, and a female black brand at that, but this is clearly a quick cash grab for her, and she is and in no way a business owner. She's posted the same video over and over saying packages will be delivered and this is a video from last year. I'm very upset about this, but this isn't my reputation, it's hers. I can only be embarrassed that I decided to spend my money with her.Initial Complaint

On feb 23, I purchased a lounge set on pre-order, from the business mentioned. Their promise to customers was that there would be no selling out, the offer would run for 1 hour, and shipment would be in 6-7 weeks from the date. It has now been 10 weeks, and my order has not arrived, and the tracking number provided does not show ANY information. For weeks I have emailed back and forth with their team trying to find a reason or solution, however no recovery, details or apology is offered, and I am not the only one. Hundreds of girls are still waiting for their packages to be shipped, almost a month late. For many by the time they arrive, it will be too hot out to even wear. For this reason, I'd like to be refunded for my shipping ($32) since their promise was not kept and my tracking isn't even working, over 2 months later.This order was pricey due to the conversion of USD to cad, shipping to ******, and the cost of duties. had I known the customer service would be this poor, I wouldn't have done the pre-order. The very least you can do as a business is maintain an open and honest line of communication with shoppers. On Wednesday April 24th I was promised all order would ship by Tuesday April 30th, yet my shipping still says "no results found". Again today May 2nd I tried to obtain details on my order, only to be met by an evasive and snarky response, with no information as to when my order will arrive, and no attempt to remedy the issue. This business has shown a blatant disregard for the promises they;ve made, and the money and time of their customers. They even went so far as to turn off comments on their social media because customers were commenting in the tens maybe hundreds, to ask about their orders. At least give people a discount, if you know there is an issue, and keep them up to date, but this has not been done. Instead, they proceed to do even more preorders, and back up the system even more rather than making sure all orders have been shipped.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on MAY 27 2022 for a product which she repeatedly advertised and marked as "ready to ship." It is now 8/16/22 & I have yet to receive my product. After countless emails inquiring about my package all the rep could do was offer excuses as to why I have not received it. Since then Raven has managed to drop 2 additional products & have about 3/4 additional SALES & a pop up shop that includes the very item I have been waiting for months for. For 1 day last week I believe was the day, shoppers could pull up to a location and purchase ON HAND PRODUCT! I do not understand how as a business who has taken my money & charges over *** for shipping is able to turn around & sell what she clearly has in hand for 50% off. I am not the only person who is having this issue although you wouldn't be able to tell because she deletes her instagram comments about ppl asking where their order is or turns off the option for ppl to comment all together, so that the next person can blindly support. False advertising is in fact illegal so how is she able to get away with saying "ships immediately" for every drop she does & nothing ever ships for thousands of ppl?& I know there is a law that says I as a customer have to receive my items within a certain amount of time & we are well past that point. She must be stopped! She really should be locked up.
