    I placed an order on June 22, 2025, the charges my credit card immediately and did not ship the available items until a month later. Each time I reached out to ask for tracking number I got the run around. I returned the items as soon as I received them. I dont think companies are allowed to charge a card before shipping. Also my refund doesnt match up to the order total. Ill continue to ****** them until they make it right. I do not recommend this business!!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered a few dresses in April 2025. Only 2 got delivered. I tried to email them and they sent out an email stating that I left the chat? ***** ever tried to contact me. Now, I am trying to email them asking for the money back since we are in July. Again, nothing from them. I'm tired of this company's bad customer service. My only advise is: STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Is not worth it.

    Disreputable company. I would not recommend ordering from them! I bought one thing, a bathing suit. It took forever to receive it. During the time I waited, the price went down.I needed to return it for sizing reasons, and was only refunded the sales price- Not the Price I Paid! Also, I was told that the sales tax cannot be refunded- that is illegal! Sales tax is collected on behalf of the State, so when you return something, the sale is like it never happened and they are not charged by the State. SO, IT IS AN ILLEGAL WAY FOR THEM TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU!

    Complete fraud!Placed an order. Unlike many, something did show up. Not what we ordered (**** shorts came versus dresses ordered). Tried to return - impossible unless we paid the shipping back to *****. Someone finally reached out via ******** messenger asking for photos (which my wife had already emailed to their customer lack of service department . Sent. Radio silence. Avoid at all costs!PS tried to leave zero stars but had to leave one to complete the review form. One star is many more stars than this scam deserves.

    NO STARS IF I COULD!!! ******** company-do not order from them. Ordered a dress, it was delivered-dress is awful-sewn incorrectly in two spots. Emailed and was asked to send pictures-which I did--HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE!! I have sent numerous emails asking for a paid return label, a refund, or a new dress and have received no email back-the online chat is a complete joke-no one responds, it just makes you wait for a countdown to your number, and then when your number gets close-you get disconnected from the chat. Company had no problem taking payment, but does NOTHING for customer service, and sells a HORRIBLE product. Save yourself the money, and aggravation-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--

    My order was apparently delivered to a parcel locker. However, we have no parcel locker. I have tried multiple times to contact the company with no response. Will not order from them again

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....I have been waiting for a month for my order. Have asked for a refund. Still waiting for a resolution. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    No communication, said delivery would be 3 to 5 days. It took a month. As soon as I said that I was canceling through my credit card. They answered my email. And said it was being shipped. I asked to cancel the dress that was needed for a wedding that had past and they wouldn't take it off the order.

    Quality of products is low. Return process forces me to pay for return shipping, does not offer exchanges for the correct size, and would not refund me the full amount I paid for each item, despite items no longer being on sale. My biggest issue is that they decided they were only going to give me a partial refund for each item without explanation. If you are going to charge a restocking fee on top of forcing me to pay for return shipping then you need to call it a restocking fee and be transparent about it. What a waste of money. Product is trash. 100% polyester feels like you're wearing wrinkled plastic, yuck!
