On June 5, 2025, bear balanced placed an unauthorized charge for $135 from my Venmo debit account for a 3 month supply of product. I used their ONLY channel to reach customer service, which is a general email. I sent an email within 5 minutes of the charge, explaining the charge was unauthorized and i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. No response. I have sent 3 more emails within 24 hours with no response. I received tracking number for the shipment of product 7 hours after submitting my initial email that it was an unauthorized charge and to cancel the order immediately. I still have not received a single response over 24 hours after the unauthorized charge, except a blanket email verifying they received an email. I am unable to use the product, tried to cancel/exchange/return a previous order of the same product, to which i was told there are NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. There is No contact number anywhere and no way to reach the company outside of general emails which are not responded to in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

Trying to ****** a subscriptionI contacted the company via email and they sent me some random email and said that that was the email that I used to purchase the product. That is not the email that I used to make an account with this company. You have to be able to go into your account to modify or cancel your subscription, but there are no subscriptions or orders showing up under my account.Initial Complaint

I had been a subscriber of the creatine gummies offered by Bear Balanced since June of 2024 and had loved the product. I had a subscription delivered every 3 months. The most recent delivery in March 2025 was different - the color and taste were completely off. I couldn't stand the taste of the product (it was extremely bitter) and couldn't use it. I contacted customer service only to be told that changes in the product are normal/expected and that they do not give refunds for subscriptions. I do not feel it is fair to not offer refunds for a subscription if the product isn't consistent with what you subscribed to in the first place.Initial Complaint

I have multiple times reached out to this company to get my product or a refund. With being told behind because of wildfire,, then a tracking number given with no ship date. Then the tracking number was invalid. Still no product. At this point I just want refunded my money as I would not order from them again since they cannot ship the product out and just take money from people. Wildfires did not affect that.. My first order was "lost in the mail". My second order was placed on 3/17/2024 and next arrived. I received tracking 3/22 but it simply states a "label has been created". Product has not yet shipped and all attempts to contact customer service (which include 8 emails, 2 phone calls and messages, and about 20 text messages with their ai chatbot, I even emailed the CEO) have been utterly ignored. I purchased these gummies and the taste was so vile I nearly vomited. I referenced the return policy and it said within 30 days in the original packaging. I asked for the return info and they were horrendous from that point on. They questioned me, and were being very evasive. I emailed several times asking for the return information as they refuse to provide it anywhere, and because I was being the squeaky wheel, they arbitrarily decided that it had to be unopened packaging. This is a blatant lie and because I called them on it they have ceased contact. I want my money back, all $90.Initial Complaint

I have unsubscribed from this companys texts and emails multiple times but they continue to harass me and send me marketing texts and emails on a regular basis. I need them to stop communicating with me.
