I am rejecting this response because:They did not remove the listing in search access from Google. I have done my part in making numerous requests from ****** and still can find the header which includes my medical records in the search.
They are required by UK law to disclose the source of information and all records pertaining to me and have not.
They claim that the posting was in violation of their Terms of Service, which does not apply to me.
This appears to posting appears to be doxing and they have not offered a timely resolution and their reply is combative. They insist that they will not act " without a valid subpoena, in response to which we would be able to share such identifying information with you." This will cause further expense to me in time and money.
California has strict privacy and doxing laws and they appear to not abide by them.

Cram.com has stolen my essays and posted them publicly without my consent. Hi,
The reason the user was billed $40 was because the subscription was not cancelled prior to the seven-day trial. The terms of the subscription were made clear at the time of purchase and in the email that was sent to the user after the purchase. Unfortunately, per our terms of service, we are unable to issue a refund but have closed the account to avoid future billing.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand the subscription was not cancelled therefore charged however this is not a case of which I have changed my mind. It is a case which at no point I notified that the free trial was over nor sent an email detailing the charge once it occurred. I was not given a point to choose to either continue or cancel the subscription before/after the charge. If I was sent the email I would have cancelled but I was completely unaware the free trial ended. This is why I believe Im am *********** the refund. I hope you can understand.

To clarify, the terms of the plan was made clear at the time of purchase and per our terms of service, no emails are sent on renewals. Again, the trial is not free, it is a seven day trial for AU $5. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for this reason.

Studymode.com intentionally defrauds its customers. It advertised that cancellations are allowed at any time but will not refund my money. It also is intentionally confusing in its wording regarding payment. I cancelled within 5 mins of sign up and am being charged for a year. There is NOTHING on the attached photo on the website that states you will not be refunded if you cancel. It is a FRAUD.Business Response

On July the 17th of 2023. I had looked on a ********* edge Bing search engine. I had looked up AI writing programs and I came across study mode.com so I clicked on it and I was looking through their essays. It came up saying if you pay $5 you can have unlimited access to all of AI essays on all topics and basically you can just have run of all of our website for $5 and when you sign up for it and you pay them the $5 you have an option to click. Don't charge my bank in a week and they definitely charge my bank $30. I've been trying to get a hold of this company for 2 days now. Cannot get a hold of him. Can't even find a phone number so all I want is my $30 back and that's all and to stop lying on your website saying if you pay $5 that you know don't charge my bank again cuz it's a lieBusiness Response

The user was billed $29.95 and the terms of the subscription were made clear at the time of sign up. We do not offer phone support but did respond to Ms. ********** concern when she contacted us directly on 07/30. Though, we have a 'no refund' policy, we made an exception and refunded $29.95. The account will not be charged in the future. The refund will reflect on Ms. ********** account within five business days.

I was just charged $30 by STUDYMODE.com after I used the website two months ago and I did not sign up for a subscription and canceled my membership. I paid $5 for an essay, and they used the card I paid with to charge me, despite not having a membership or using the website for months. That said, we were unable to locate a premium account with the name or email. A few days ago I paid for a short term subscription for Studymode which stated 7 dollars for 7 days. After I used the app for what I needed, I immediately cancelled everything. Today I still got charged with the full *****. I demand a full refund!
